Customer services, Kayleigh, understood the continuing problem with my combi-oven and liaised with Dolphin, repair specialists, then supplied all of the required parts and provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Groundhog Day!
Sadly we had a Caple wine cooler installed as part of a John Lewis of Hungerford bar area. The wine cooler has constantly leaked from the bottom. It was repaired under warranty but it continued to leak past the warranty period end. Despite being the same consistent fault customer services said that we would need to pay as out of warranty. After a hugely painful process they finally agreed to fix it again. It has now started leaking again. Every time we are told it must be our fault by leaving the door open or we need to plump up the door seals which we have done since we bought the thing to no avail. Its obviously defective product but Caple seem incapable of admitting such. Let’s see how they do this time round ….. Groundhog Day!!!

Tap cartridges were a great kit and…
Tap cartridges were a great kit and were sent speedily. Not five stars as the kit cost £12:99 and postage was £9:99 - very expensive delivery for a small item! Standard postage could or should be reviewed for smaller items perhaps?

Big Ups To The Chef
I was very pleasantly surprised by the level of variety in Caple's appliance selection, as well as the specification for their higher-spec appliances. The showroom tour was highly informative, and once it was done I was treated to a delicious three-course meal which I could definitely go for another round of. 10/10 (tempted to drop to 9/10 because I probably won't get to come back!)

a fantastic repair service…
Offering a fantastic repair service with 10/10 customer service over email. They offered to repair my tumble drier for a set fee including parts under £250 and had to send out their contractors 3 times, all included in the fee. When they weren't able to fix the fault they offered a full refund of the fee or to use it to pay towards a replacement. I have been very impressed by the customer service, support and advice from the team at caple. In particular Emily Walsh was of great help, although the people in their account department were also very lovely.

Great product and customer service
Bought a wine cooler at a very good price on their website. Super fast delivery. Great customer service. There was a dent on a replacement handle and they replaced it for free. We had a question on some functionality and they responded very promptly. Phone line answered quickly. Excellent experience, great product, definitely a recommendation.

Swift & Friendly Response
I needed to remove the H&C chrome plastic tap inserts to tighten the tap handle screws and in spite of trying to remove them very carefully with tape covered pliers, I damaged them. I emailed the Caple Enquiries team and had a swift friendly reply and they were able to supply the replacement parts I needed. Excellent service.

Wrote to them last week to ask about spare parts for our (old) kitchen tap. Received a reply within a couple of hours and a link for the parts I needed. Ordered and shortly after, received a further email saying delivery would be the following day.
Their customer service is excellent and all delivered in a friendly helpful way. A real standout company.

Great wine fridge, great service!
