Wonderful tiles..but I won’t be back
Wonderful tiles, but their delivery system is abysmal where they don’t allow you to track their couriers and so you never know when they’re actually arriving. Mine didn’t arrive on the day I was told they would (broken down van apparently- I’ve heard that so many times DPD!) no one told me they weren’t coming, I had to call them. On the following day I’d heard nothing by late morning so, again, I was the one who had to chase it with Ca Pietra as no one called. They arrived late evening when my tiler had gone home. A weird system- why not just let the customer liaise directly with DPD? Very frustrating. I won’t use them again.

Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances can arise during delivery, and we’re sorry to hear that this was the case for you. Please rest assured that we made every effort to organise an alternative vehicle, but unfortunately, due to the Bank Holiday, no options were available at the time.
We also apologise that you needed to call in for an update on your order. You beat us to it — we were in the process of contacting all affected customers, and as you can appreciate, this takes a little time to ensure everyone is informed.

Helpful, Patient, and Truly Dedicated Team
We were looking for a tile sample (60x120 cm) with visible veining for a client, but the veins weren’t showing on the smaller swatch samples—even after multiple attempts. Sophie was incredibly helpful and persistent in arranging the best possible sample, and Karen kindly suggested trying a 30x40 cm sample, which finally showed the detail we needed.
The delivery briefly got mixed up during a lock-up clear-out, but Sophie quickly provided the delivery details that helped us locate it. Thanks to both Sophie and Karen for their patience, support, and excellent customer service throughout!

Beautiful tiles
I had been looking for tiles for almost a year. The house is laid out like a Victorian townhouse, but is new, so I wanted something modern, but with a nod to tradition. Ca' Pietra have some more unusual tiles than the other outlets, and really good sales.
I bought the Architectural Elements Moseley Porcelain In Grey. Stunning. Even better in real life. Very pleased with them, exactly the effect I wanted.
Delivery was quick, and well packed. Will be going back to them to do the bathroom next year.

Great product range!
So many beautiful tiles to choose from. After ordering few samples we opted for the kaleidoscope porcelain skipper. Absolutely stunning tile. Few of them broke during transportation but I spoke to the sales manager that promptly sent me another order replacing the broken ones.Great service and quick delivery. I would definitely buy from them again.

Price does not match Quality
I had high expectations; however, I left disappointed. Samples were nothing like the pictures and extremely pricey. I found these tiles afterwards elsewhere much cheaper and of the same quality. Unfortunately, I felt completely scammed.

I am sorry that the experience was not as you expected it to be. I have reached out to request further information to look into this more thoroughly for you but I don't seem to have received a response.
Part of the reason we offer a samples service is so that the products can be viewed in person as viewing an item on a device can distort the colour slightly despite best efforts to avoid this.

Marlborough Terracotta Tiles
Purchased ~190 Marlborough Terracotta floor tiles via the website. Slightly worried from other reviews that they would all arrive in pieces given their fragility. I need not have worried. The crate arrived by DHL, on the day selected, well packaged and covered with plastic. Tiles were packed together, on their edges in 2 layers. Out of all the tiles - only 8 breakages and I think these will easily be absorbed by the herringbone pattern. My only minor constructive criticism for the company would be to ask for a little more communication that the shipment was on its way. Until DHL sent a notification on the day of delivery - I had only received a order confirmation. Other than that - great service - thank you.
