When we got a new kitchen fitted we were sent an integrated Candy washing machine. After 12 months the spin in the machine was very hit and miss. Sometimes having to re-start the spin function up to 4 times for one wash load . I twice had an engineer come out and both times was told it was ‘because the washing didn’t balance’??!! After owning many washing machines over the last 40 years I have never heard anything so ridiculous ! NEVER EVER Buy a Candy washing machine ……. They are useless!

Bought a brand new Candy ceramic hob in March 2023 in Spain. It was installed in a private holiday home (so only being used 5-6 months in any year!). The central control board failed in May 2026 - 3 years and 2 months after purchase. The only positive about the purchase was that it did offer an extended warranty of up to 5 years on parts (only), which weren't taken up; but replacement electrical components in Spain are only guaranteed for 30 days, because there are so many spikes and dips on the Spanish power grid! The moral of this story: you get what you pay for!

My candy dishwasher started to smell of burning. When I unplugged it the plug has started to burn and melt, luckily I was in the house or it could have been a lot worse.

I have emailed twice to customer service and they closed the ticket without even replying to me.

I've tried to speak to them on chat bot but I have been in a long que and yet to be answered to.

I would not purchase anything from this company again as the customer service is non existent.

I bought this Candy
Smart Pro Inverter 8kg/1600rpm Washing Machine and the plastic things inside the drum got all broken in a few days and there some screws stuck and damaged the cloths also the machine turned on and off all time I had to unplug and plug whenever I wanted to use is the worst machine I ever used and it was only a few months old

My Candy dryer was apparently a recall. It was making a horrible noise too I think they were related because after engineer came to fix it, the noise disappeared.
Long story short
I informed them about the dryer being a recall, they told me the case is opened and they will send an engineer. Told me NOT to use the dryer. I asked when I am going to get booked in. No replies to my emails, no communication for two months even though I kept emailing and asking how can I dry my clothes if I was told not to use the dryer.. After 2 months I was finally booked in. The engineer was extremely rude, didn't even say hi! I've not met such an arrogant person before, it seemed that I was bothering him. I didn't even want to communicate with him and asked my partner to speak to him if he asks anything because I didn't even know how to cope with such a rude person. He left within 10 minutes and also left rubbish behind him on the floor (2 plastic straps). Wow Candy! you will never have me as a customer again!

réfrigérateur combiné tombé en panne 3 moins après la garantie légale, il s’agit du compresseur. Après plusieurs échanges avec le sav, La marque accepte de prendre en charge « exceptionnellement » la pièce mais pas la main d’oeuvre. Comme le prix de la main d’oeuvre pour ce type de réparation coute le prix d’un frigo ou presque, personne ne doit la faire cette réparation ! Ils ne prennent pas trop de risques du coup… Bref comme tous les autres avis que l’on aurait du lire avant d’acheter plusieurs électroménagers de cette marque (au vu des problèmes majeurs de durabilité) le sav Candy / Haer n’est d’aucune aide pour ne pas dire inexistant… Plus jamais !

Impossible to register microwave oven for warranty. This should be easy. Shocking to me

Acquistato condizionatore 12000 Btu. Appena montato, presentava una forte vibrazione interna dal motore esterno. Apro richiesta assistenza, mandano tecnico che prova a ripararlo ma senza successo. Mi chiedono foto e video dell'evidenza che il rumore persista, ed ora mi dicono che non ha difetti e me lo devo tenere così. Complimenti vivissimi!

Acquistato una cucina di mondo convenienza. Comprato pacchetto Candy ed il forno perdeva acqua rischiando pure di rovinare la cucina. Uscito il tecnico ha detto che purtroppo questi forni fanno troppa condensa . assurdo. Come fanno a vendere un prodotto così? Purtroppo ho dovuto cambiare marca e acquistarne uno nuovo.

Appareil acheté sur le site Darty mais chez un revendeur Icoza. J ai été trop vite pour valider je pensais acheter chez Darty. Je ne cherche pas du prix mais le service en cas de problème. J ai déjà eu besoin du SAV Darty et franchement rien à dire. Mais la 2ans pour régler un litige toujours pas terminé sur un appareil lavage séchage candy qui a fonctionné 2 mois. J ai eu affaire à 3 SAV icoza candy Haier et je vous parle pas des numéros de téléphone différents entre les services interne.Aujourd’hui je suis à 50 mail et 34 appels. Ils essayent de vous avoir à l usure avec leur procédure. Si vous validez pas un rdv dans les 10jours il ferme le dossier et il faut reprendre depuis le début. Pour aller au bout du dossier j ai pris 2 jours de congé pour une soi-disante visio qui n’a jamais eu lieu juste un appel normal (on me demande une visio pour voir les mêmes chose que les photos déjà envoyées) et après pour le technicien. Même eux ils y retrouvent pas entre leur services. Pour avoir le service remplacement il faut passer par le service relation client et quand vous appelez 20 minutes avant la fermeture on vous transfère et ça coupe donc je rappelle le service client on vous dit: Bijour Mr il faudrait appeler encore plutôt ou 15 minutes après l ouverture car les pauses déjeuner sont parfois prolongées. Non mais je rêve je suis oú pour avoir des réponses comment ça ? Je pourrais encore approfondir mais je pense qu’on est déjà pas mal dans la qualité de service. Ils ont même essayé de ne pas payer en jouant sur la date de commande qui avais 2 ans mais pas de chance pour eux ma date de facture avais moins de 2 ans. Malgré qu’il y avait déjà 10 mails depuis le début du problème 2 mois après mon achat. Ils voulaient se débarrasser du dossier sans payer.

The worst dryer I have ever owned. The candy smart 😤 omg the contant frustration with this thing is unmatched !! It very rarely turns on 1st try , you have to open and close door numerous times , switch between settings just to hwt the bloody thing spinning and when it finally does get going it turns itself off after 5 mins !! This isnt a maintenance or user issue because its been doing it feom the day i bought it . Hate the thing with a passion

Washer / Dryer stopped working, 3 years old. 27/3 Tried to contact candy, 20 minutes on to Eve, AI. Terrible experience, got through to human and booked appt on 2/4. I rang on 1/4 as wanted to see if they had a time booked and reservation was not there even though had a confirmation. Rebooked for 8/4. Got text message at 4.40pm on 7/4 to advise technician sick and had to rebook. Rang again, many apologies and booked again for 10/4. Hopefully got a morning appointment as Tenant now taken 3 days off to ensure she home. Carried at just after 12 noon buzzed buzzer of flat, left after 30 seconds, thankfully have cctv. Now booked for 13/4. Tenant now without machine for over 3 weeks. Staff polite but extremely poor service. I would not recommend sadly. Still wait regarding complaint and to get machine fixed.

My Candy washing machine is the worst one of any make that I have owned. I so noisy that it’s about 95db on a spin of 800 to 1400 RPM. The smart touch is about as much use as a Chocolate tea pot. Its wash isn’t bad but its spinning is noisy and not very efficient. It’s just 3 years old and the heating element has failed but I live in a soft water area and still use water softener like Calgon. I couldn’t recommend this washer for anything.

Our washing machine was installed and on first use, water poured from the front. We contacted candy and - without anyone looking at our machine - they told us this is a “regular thing” that happens a lot, and we’d need a part changed on the door. Over a month and countless phone calls later, they still haven’t fixed it - they say there is a part on order to repair it but they keep stalling. We’ve spent almost as much doing laundry as the cost of a new washing machine.

Bought a Candy tumble dryer in January 2024 and it stopped working in March 2024. Just 2 years use (only a 1 year guarantee!) from a product that should last a minimum of 5 years. Absolute garbage and I will never buy another Candy product ever again.

Candy Smart tumble dryer bought March 2024, not used often as only two of us, filters cleaned after each use, today it stopped working and when I opened the door smoke was spilling out. Luckily I never leave appliances unattended, I took plug out of wall. Will not buy another Candy appliance. Getting through to Candy to report this is "challenging" too. I want to ensure no one else may be at risk from this fault

I have had 3 separate faults in 3 months… the latest one has left me without a working machine… but more importantly, a machine which still has a wet wash load inside, I’ve already waited nearly one week for an engineer, and now will have to wait another week whilst a part is ordered. The customer service team are polite, try to be helpful, but they are working with a CRM system, which doesn’t even recognise my account. To say I feel like I’m being totally ignored makes me feel like I’m the one at fault, rather than Candy.

Totally forgot to review my tumble dryer at the time so I hope this is allowed.

Bought just before COVID lockdown and sounded horrendous when running so phoned the customer support team that said as soon as the lockdown is lifted I'd be contacted and an engineer would come out. Waited a while after restrictions were lowered and was told they had no record of my phone call absolutely disgusting service

If I could rate any lower I would. Bought a new candy tumble dryer from Amazon 10 months ago. I've had the engineer out virtually every month since I bought it. I was ready to get him a hose key cut. After changing parts they eventually wrote it off but to my surprise told me to return it to Amazon. Booking repairs by phone is a nightmare, I've had to take 7 days off work for the repairs and they kept asking me to email my complaint multiple time wouldn't help by phone. Don't take out the d&g cover either until the warranty expires that's a rip off!

Fuyez cette marque. Elle refuse de prendre en charge les réparations de ses. Appareils sous garantie. Lave linge acheté chez un revendeur qui a fait faillite et candy refuse de prendre en charge mon lave linge malgré le fait que j ai la facture. Plus jamais cette marque. A fuir !
