The hotel had overbooked and given our…
The hotel had overbooked and given our room to somebody else then they turned us away without even assisting with finding another room. We had to make our own reservation over an hour away. Then the hotel charged us as a no-show! Then hotels.com refused to refund because they could not reach the hotel!! Bad, bad way to do business. Eventually hotels.com did refund.

What went wrong this time? good choice of wording by you. it took 5.5 hours and 5 different employees to fix a small problem. Your staff need training so they can actually help your customers with problems.

The hotel was wonderful - beautifully decorated and superb location by the water. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the process was smooth from booking to checkout. Staff and breakfast were exceptional. I highly recommend this B&B!

Make sure you keep receipts
Although this is a great hotel my deposit was badly messed up .she forgot to put in the deposit folder day end so when I left I didn't receive it I had to return 4 hour drive there back 2x to get my 200 back with no avaliable room discount nothing I was not very happy cost me more then anything
