It was seamless, and the hotel was amazing. Staff didn't treat us any differently even though we booked through a 3rd party site.

I booked and paid on line with my…
I booked and paid on line with my visa/debit card when I got to the hotel they want to put a damage deposit on my credit card I said no it is full just bought parts for my business! They said run it anyway so it came back declined! So now they won’t let me stay without a credit card! I said when I paid on line there was no mention of a credit card upon checking in! The clerk said ask for your money back from the hotels.com I already know this isn’t going to happen cause I made a mistake on another site and I was stuck with it ! I said won’t happen told them to give me the money back there going to get paid from this site nope won’t happen! So final they took a deposit of 500 dollars from my account which when I looked at my credit card statement they tried for 150 so why would it be 500 so needless to say we didn’t eat well at the horse show until we got our deposit back to go home not sure if I will use one of these booking sites again and these people they have hired at these hotels need some manners or go back where you came from ! They want to come to Canada but they want to act and change it to be like there country! Then don’t come he if you don’t want to act like a Canadian

Room was clean and roomy. Great location to casino and mall. Dropped a chunk of money in both of those places!

Storage Unit Converted to Hotel room
Even though the rating for Hotel seemed fine, for some reason, we got a room that felt and was a glorfied closet. Clean and neat though. The bed was a murphy bed but your typical hotel bed, I guess when room required for storage, the bed could be lifted. The TV converter was not working and only after a bit of prodding that situation was better. This room should never have been used for a hotel room, and as we booked way in advance, should only be used say someone understood what they were getting. We did complain at front desk, however no rooms available and we were lucky enough to get the storage room. First expereicne with Hotel.com not good. Price was same as other hotel rooms around 375 per night, location was good

The hotel was dirty room and the pool…
The hotel was dirty room and the pool was disgusting. Breakfast was not good. Overall bad experience. Sad to pay that much for a night in such a low grade hotel.

Incorrect booking descriptions
The booking descriptions stated "book now and pay later", but when I booked my trip, the total amount was charged to my credit card. The information was incorrect!
