It was terrible and dirty
It was terrible and dirty , smelly.
The hotel should not be listed on any site , we did not stay for 5mins , I asked for a refund and the hotel person said no , I called hotels .com and I recieved $60 credit on my account, very upset about this i should have recieved full refund $354

I was not allowed to change the date of…
I was not allowed to change the date of a booking. It was not a cancellation, just a date change but I was not permitted to make this simple change. Extremely frustrating. I will never use an Expedia group booking service again.

Great help from the support staff
I had booked a prior hotel for the upcoming weekend and was told that the property would no longer be honoring the reservation. After getting in contact with support they helped me find another hotel for the weekend and covered the difference in price. I was very pleased with the courtesy of the support staff.

If you want good free breakfast, this is one of the most horrible hotels
If you’re looking for hotel with at least a decent breakfast, this is not your hotel. The beds were comfy and we slept good so that matters more than the food. The pool the kids were way too loud but the front desk guy was nice.

La ubicación está muy bien
La ubicación está muy bien, pero llegamos a la habitación y estaba como un sauna de caliente, el aire solo funciona estando dentro de la habitación, tarda mucho en enfriar, estaban en construcción y se escuchaba mucho ruido y los pasillos sucios.

Very unhappy
Very unhappy. I booked hotel and found I put wrong date in the next morning. I called to change the date and was told I’d booked non refundable which I did not notice. I wished to change booking to correct date but was told I couldn’t. I didn’t request a refund just date change. They said they would contact property but few days later they said they were unable to contact property so I tried the proper And got response on first try calling. I was told because I booked with third party hotels.com would need to make the change. I am disappointed with service I received. I realize I put in wrong date but I thought there was lots of time before booking so correction should be allowed.
