I have submitted two service tickets…
I have submitted two service tickets for one week old Carbon 2 and had zero reply.
The printer was working beautifully, until it wasn’t and have received zero support to resolve the issue.

I would have done 5 star but I ordered 15 rolls of fillament in one order but they were shipped in 3 separate shipments all coming on different days. Other than that I like the filament.

3 out of the 4 rolls were great
3 out of the 4 rolls I've used so far have been great. The 4th roll was not very good and caused problems with layer adhesion. 6 more still left to try my luck out with. Very fast shipping though

Products shipped and arrived very quickly. High quality items. New to 3d printing and people I know that own and use these items regularly have nothing but good words about them. Still gathering some accessories and watching tutorials before diving into the printer set up.

Great company to deal with, my product was in the mail almost immediately after I ordered it, i received it promptly and in perfect condition!Will definitely be ordering from here again in the future. 👍
Just a little note to anyone ordering parts: read the descriptions carefully. I somehow missed the option for ordering a specific "size option" for a printer part. So, through my own negligence, I got the default option that was listed for the part. It's less hassle for me to just keep it and use it as is. 🫤
