Amazing 3D Printer
So far so good. I don't use the 3D printer often but I am happy with the company, their service, their product line and the quality of their products. Great support too.

First time buyer, so far, so good!
Honestly, this is my first time buying a Elegoo PHECDA Laser engraver and Neptune 3 pro 3D printer. Elegoo has been great! It hasn't been hard to get started on either machine both Elegoo products are straight froward to use but like everything in life "Time" will improve what I know about these machines and what can be done with them. Otherwise, Happy about product and service plus they are fun to use :)

Poor customer service…
Trying to.get support as my machine is not working when I changed the nozzle. Support is not helping and now I have a paper weight. Better service would be nice.

Untested products sold with fraud claims of function
When their products consistently arrive broken and without the promised peripherals, they say "on the way" then discontinue the items and literally tell customers to just "buy the new version". Terrible customer service that can't or won't support any products without asking customers to do the entire job fixing their broken items while they refuse to take back faulty products arriving damaged over and over. It also takes a minimum of 15 emails consistently to get them to tell you they won't be able to help.
They offered us a coupon that isn't enough for a bottle of resin after 5 yrs of getting ZERO support from Elegoo.
Absolutely a criminal company, and we'll never use them again after 5 yrs of them completely failing us on all levels.

I have not yet received my order
I have not yet received my order. The UniUni delivery replied to my inquiry telling me to be patient and that a third party delivery company was in possession of the package. I am still waiting……

I first bought a neptune 4 max, and loved it! Huge build area, and the machine just works! I wanted a large bed printer.

When it came time to upgrade my resin printer, (From anycubic mono 4,) I once again found myself leaning towards elegoo, and ended up with a Saturn 4 ultra 16k.
Just couldn't beat it dollar for dollar, and it checked all my boxes and more!
Theres nothing wrong with my old ones, or those brands either, but Elegoo definitely won out, and I have no regrets. Been printing away like a mad man!
(I'm trying to develop a side hustle with reproducing and printing vintage car parts and custom parts, as well as dabble in local markets with things. )
The capability and reliability of these machines has been invaluable as well.
Anyways, I'm sure I'll be buying from them again!
(I'm looking at you brand new Jupiter 2's!!!)
The idea is to use this to make enough money for the Jupiter and beyond!!! 😆

Parts not available
The delivery was fast, the product easy to use but i was not able to buy everything i wanted. For example the Assembled Extruder Hotend Kit for Centauri Carbon 2 is impossible to buy. I think i wil have problems replacing parts in the future with your companie. I shoud have buy a bamboolab

Love the printer, it mutch faster than I thought. The only downsides are the noise it makes and the shaking but besides that it's a 10/10
