Printer delivery was very quick. I printed the demo rook piece with default settings in grey tough resin and it printed beautifully. The X-Y resolution is so high, and the layers so thin, that you can barely notice that it's a 3d print. In other words, the prints are very high quality.

Easy to use.

saturn4 ultra16 - really great printer. Great design and features. Camera is awesome to check progress remotely. Amazing detailed prints.

I am honestly so disappointed I decided to shop with Elegoo! My Centauri Carbon 2 came with 3 notable cracks inside the unit across the bottom. I reached out immediately to Support and they suggested I fix it MYSELF with a repair part. They then asked me to repackage and ship it back before they'd send out a replacement unit, which has taken 2 weeks to get back to them (received the initial shipment in only 3 days). Still waiting for a new one to get sent out. Not even a roll of filament offered as an apology for this experience. Brutal customer service!

I purchased the Centauri carbon. Not a great printer at all. Very loud and poor print quality. Two months later you came out with the Centauri carbon 2. Not fair at all. I feel like I was misled to think that there was going to be AMS solution, later to find out there wasn't. Never will I buy an Elegoo printer again.

Fast and reliable

It is a very good product, the Neptune 4 Max, my only wish is that there were more readily and handily available sites to procure information about exact specs on items I wish to print, and as well an enclosure for the printer would be nice, but it is understandable as to why it doesn't come with one as it's a very large printer and I would assume that the upfront price of it would be much more if it came enclosed

So far everything is looking very good. The equipment arrived and all parts and tools included and undamaged.

Setup was straightforward following the manuals provided. We were able to assemble without much difficulty, both the manual and YouTube video were good. The only issue I had was the lack of audio on the video, which would have helped a lot, particularly with the Leveling process.

Printing the Buddha figure as a test went very well, as have other test objects I created, using PLA filament. However, when trying to print the same objects with PETG filament I ran into issues with the object adhering to the bed. This was resolved when I opened a support call and provided the requested information to the support group.

The only suggestion I have at this time is the inclusion of a table that outlines the recommended temperatures for Extruder and Hotbed for the various filament materials. For example, I had to increase the temperature for both settings beyond the defaults set into the printer control panel. Although the WIKI suggested increasing in increments of 5 degrees C, I could not find what would be considered safe for the equipment and the related material.

Love the century carbon and Saturn 16K, but just after one month the extruder bent out of place and I have to replace it with little knowledge. I’m waiting to get it fixed so that’s disappointing. And I have the Elegoo Saturn 16K to which no successful prints still after 4 attempts. I need on both of them.

Excellent printer and was very easy to get set up and printing...only thing I didnt care for was the 2 kg of filament I ordered with my printer still hasn't arrived

Elegoo Silk PLA has been fantastic in my Bambu printers. Great color, great shine, and consistently clean prints. For the price, the quality is hard to beat. Excellent value and highly reliable.

The ordering process itself was very simple and straightforward. Following ordering there was constant communication on the order status. The total time from ordering until delivery was quick. I ordered on a Friday afternoon, and the product was delivered on Tuesday. Well packaged, and as a complete rookie, I found the assembly process very straightforward. It took me approximately 45 minutes. I'm sure that the second time will be much quicker. The product worked well straight out of the box. No issues at all.
