Bought a smart watch for daughters Christmas and it never came, emailed several times to be told they don't have my order then they do and it was posted. I contacted them for updates as purchased in middle of November and never received. Opened dispute with PayPal and as they provided tracking details that was saying delivered (but not to me) paypal closed in their favour. I had to purchase a second smartwatch as had to give something but now out of pocket. they charged £52 and i received nothing and now they are not responding. Stay away and do not purchase.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Sent out faulty item, what's more, Paypal wouldn't refund me without me paying my own postage and sending back overseas!!!!

I brought my exercise bike from this Buysimple before my friend looked them up on Trust pilot, when she told me about the bad reviews, I wasn’t expecting it to turn up and if it did it would be a rusty mess
Well what a surprise I got when it arrive on the day they said it would come and its brilliant! I’m so pleased with it!
I put it together myself without looking at the instruction (I hate reading instructions) and it was really easy,
I’ve used it a few times already, it’s great!
Maybe this company has up their game or I was just lucky, I’m not sure, but I would buy from them again Great product at a reasonable price

DON'T EVER BUY on Buysimple.co.uk it has been the worst online shopping experience of my life. And I buy everything online. They are thieves, I don't understand why they are online still and PayPal is doing business with them.
Customer service: It is impossible to speak to a someone, only communication possible is via email. You get an answer about two days later and it's an obvious template email.

Shipping: The domain ending in .co.uk makes you think it's a UK based company but it's not. My order came from China and they must use the slowest, cheapest method because it took 6 weeks to arrive.

The product: I ordered two remote control cars for £120. The suspension broke on one of them after 2 days and the other one totally died after 5 days. I emailed them asking for return they told me if the item arrived in working condition, that's what matter, they offer no guarantee.

Avoid like the Plague!

Buysimple and Balma Home appear to be sister companies shielded from public contact by an intermediary styled as Freshdesk through whom all communication has to be conducted. Balma Home claims offices in the USA and in the UK. The office in Dallas is little more than a lock-up garage and the UK address is a private residence in Liverpool. It is impossible to identify their shipping people on a Slough trading estate, so the tracing of returned goods is not practicable.

I purchased a "sonic" plaque removal device on eBay which claimed the original price of £99,95 to have been reduced to £35,99. The customs declaration on the delivery note claimed a value of $5US which, at the moment, is less than £4 and since the product is useless, that is an overvaluation.

After many emails to the Freshdesk contact purporting to represent Balma Home, it became clear that none of these people had the slightest intention of honouring any of their several obligations, relying on the unit cost of their substandard and thoroughly shoddy Chinese products being too low to warrant any legal pursuit. I have received absolutely no satisfaction from the person at Freshdesk who, obviously, is fronting for them and have heard nothing from them since I politely suggested a refund. In total, I'm out of pocket by £40 but I'm happy to write off the money if it means I never have to deal with these scoundrels again.

As clearly is evident from the myriad complaints made of these companies, they are shysters and should be shut down by Trading Standards authorities. Have nothing whatever to do with these people and their palpably illegal business practices.

Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. I ordered a candyfloss machine for my niece before Christmas and it still hasn't arrived, I have been chasing with customer service for over a month and all they can say is its on its way. They have offered a 10% discount on my next order, like I'll be using them again! I have asked for a refund as not only did it miss Christmas it also missed her birthday in January. Reading one of the previous reviews the product is awful anyway so sounds like it won't even be worth the wait despite reviews on the website being good which now makes me think these are made up. Absolutely terrible, avoid!

Absolutely awful. I purchased a exercise bike from them . Received it 3 weeks later it’s arrived box all bashed I haven’t opened it as I want to return it . There customer service is terrible I have emails to which I have no response from half of them . Have emailed them again to ask how to return. Trading standards I shall be going to if I get nothing. I was warned about them after I had ordered. Shambles of a company . DO NOT PURCHASE

This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Like most other customers on this page I ordered the bike without checking out the company reviews. The reviews on the actual website are all really positive, but I should have smelt a rat then because no company in the world has that many positive reviews despite how good they are, there is always someone that complains. I ordered the bike & when it arrived the wheel along with nuts & bolts are all covered in rust, there are also chips in the framework. The instructions are ridiculous. It’s like someone’s used a translator to put them together. I contacted the company immediately & after a week of bombarding them with emails received a reply stating that they will review my request in 7-9 days. I’ve also opened a dispute with PayPal. The seller responded (Fahad Noor) stating that I had to return the bike within 3 days in order to receive my refund? Does he not know that we are in a global pandemic. The address provided is basically like returning it to DPD? God knows what would happen to it once it arrives there? They also refused to send me a pre paid Royal Mail tracking delivery slip. I don’t see why I should have to pay to return a bike that is not fit for purpose, nor does it look anything like the bike being advertised on the website. If I could upload pictures to share with you all I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CON ARTISTS. I’ve since escalated the case with PayPal & I’m hoping they will be able to sort it, although I don’t hold out much hope.

They advertise an item and got a different item - a complete rubbish. The listings are never as it says. And when I asked for a refund, they gave more info about their return and refund policy which they send refund only for damaged item, not if the listing is wrong. It is still their mistake that the listing was wrong, it's not the buyer fault. This company is fooling all the buyers.

Already reported them to fraud police.

My friend ordered a spin bike a few weeks ago and received what can only be described the biggest pile of rusty dangerous rubbish you have ever seen, literally a joke how this disgraceful excuse for a bike was sent to her, all rusty parts in a box !! These people are massive con artists who should be ashamed to take hard working peoples money and refuse to give refunds. The world is a hard enough place currently without people cheating and robbing others, go get an honest job like the rest of us instead of scamming innocent people out of their money!

I ordered an Indoor Peloton Bike Workout Machine Home Gym Exercise Bike/Cycle from these cowboys at £279.99 without first checking the reviews. The reviews on their own website is mostly five stars but reading through it I now realise most are fake names.
The purchase from this cowboys turned out to be one of my worst mistake ever. After waiting a whole week with no confirmation of when I can expect the item to be delivered, I sent them an email to cancel and got a response back saying they have a fast and efficient delivery system and items ordered cannot be cancelled.
I thought that was rather ironic as I had not even been sent any notification of the item being shipped.

Sensing something was not right, I responded to say I no longer need the item as I was buying it for my son’s birthday which was the following day. However, I got an aggressive response back from someone by the name Fahad insisting they have a strict cancellation policy and would not cancel the purchase. I was shocked at their response as there was no indication the item have even been dispatched. After exchanging emails, it quickly became clear to me I was wasting my time as the level of customer service was extremely poor and it is unlikely they are a genuine company. I was compelled to request a refund from my bank.

Bought a remote control car from this lot as a Christmas present for our grandson. The reviews on their website were glowing and mostly 5 star. Costing £60 it’s not cheap but it looked the part so we paid using Paypal. It duly arrived and our grandson was delighted until both rear shock absorbers broke soon after being put into use. Given the car was advertised as heavy duty with a photo showing someone standing on the car, this was clearly unacceptable. I emailed Buysimple with details of our complaint together with photos of the damage. They answered stating we would be contacted within 3-4 days. Nothing happened after a week so I emailed again and received a reply stating I would be contacted within 7-10 business days. They then requested more photos which I sent. I regarded all this as stalling tactics and so contacted PayPal who raised a case against Buysimple to investigate my complaint. I’ve heard no more from Buysimple but have received a full refund from PayPal who found in my favour.
In short don’t buy from Buysimple especially given the terrible reviews on Trustpilot.

I placed an order for an exercise bike after reading the good reviews on the website. Unfortunately I didn't check Trustpilot till after I ordered. I have tried to cancel the order but they have not got back to me to tell me if this is possible. I think the reviews on the website may be untrue.

This company it’s a scam. 30 days return. But only if item is faulty. Items however take 30+ days to arrive. They ignore emails. The product reviews on their website are all 5* and fake. Yoy can’t actually add a review. Literally scammers. Stay clear. Relevant authorities contacted.

AVOID! We ordered a candy floss machine at the start of December as a Christmas present with "standard delivery" (there were no other options). It arrived in the middle of January and is useless. Asked for a refund and they referred us to their "strict returns policy" which means we'd have to pay to send it back and then they'd send another one. As that's not likely to work either, we've had to cut our losses. Absolute scoundrels.

This company doesn’t deserve 1 star but I had to so I could write this.
Bought bike it arrived quickly but was missing a nut for handlebar, mat, 1 year free subscription. Started training when the left pedal fell off, put it back on, fell off again. The thread is clockwise so when you pedal it loosens the nut and pedal falls off. Have sent photos emails etc, did get some initial responses saying they would respond within 1 to 2 business days this was regarding the nut for handlebar,I have received no correspondence about the pedal so have gone to my credit card company to get a full refund as item is faulty.

AVOID - FAKE REVIEWS AND ITEMS ARE DIFFERENT -
Ordered an exercise bike which came completely different to the description, picture - emailed them and got a reply pretty quick to say that our bike was an upgrade - it definitely wasn't.
The bike pedals fall off easily, also there is no wire to connect the monitor to the bike.
Have been told they will get back to me in 7-9 days as someone higher up needs to look into the situation - won't hold my breath. Hoping we can get a refund through paypal.

Do not ever buy from this company they send out tacky items that break and then won’t refund you. There is no phone number to contact anyone and they take ages to email you back. My son is now without a Christmas present. Bad bad company

Not a UK company completely misleading around their delivery date, neither will they give you a refund for a delayed or missing item. This was their reply after numerous emails to get a refund on a missing item -
