Brought low frequency pulse therapy instrument. Seems good quality only used once. So fingers crossed. Price good. Delivery took a bit longer than expected. Didn't read reviews before buying, lucky for us got what we wanted.

It's a scam. They take money and do not sent an item. I checked my tracking number on their webside and its says no product found plus I have contacted them several times no answer. Dangerous webside.

I bought an item with this company on line and paid by PayPal. Immediately after the payment went through I was offered the same item at a vastly reduced discount so I accepted and paid PayPal again ASSUMING the original more expensive payment to PayPal would be retracted or an immediate reimbursement. But no! These crooks are now charging me for two items, one at the top price and the second at the reduced price. I appealed Immediately after I'd seen what had happened and asked customer services for the more expensive cost for the same product to be cancelled and a reimbursement of my money. I was told my request would be sent to ' our team ' and a reply given in 48hrs. The response I got was to thank me for my order. So I got back to Customer Services and reiterated my request and said that if I didn't get satisfaction I would start are dispute through PayPal. Reply was to say the more expensive charged item had already been shipped and a cancellation couldn't happen. Even after 3 days waiting for a cancellation? Ive been given a Royal Mail tracking number but guess what ? Its not registering. To be honest I doubt if I'll ever recieve either of the single order they've double up and charged me for. Probably £27down the drain. This company is deceitful and full of nonsense AVOID !

I bought an item from this company and it’s never arrived. I keep emailing but am getting the same response that it has been dispatched and is with the Royal Mail so could take another 5 days. It’s been over a month now. I’ve requested a full refund through PayPal.

Do now buy from this company. They advertise as brands and its not. ai ordered a "peloton" bike which was not the real thing. worst is the bike that arrived was nothing like the bike displayed in the image on their website. when I wanted to return it for a refund they would not have any of it and said they don't have a return policy unless goods are damaged. I said the bike was not a peloton and they said well its their own. make which is cheap and aweful but they don't mention anything about it on their website. luckily I paid through PayPal and eventually managed to get my money back.

Do not buy anything from this company they are thieves, liars and fraudsters! I ordered a Peleton bike and was informed it had been delivered which it had not. Their Micky Mouse carrier stated they had tried to deliver the item on 4 occasions but nobody was at home. Due to lockdown there was always someone at home. We tried contacting Buy Simple as we were worried about our order, we were only able to email their so called customer services and wait days for a response. On reviewing our order and looking more closely at the item (we had foolishly not done so before as the fake reviews on their site were so good) we discovered that it was not a Peleton Bike but another cheaper bike. When the carrier finally turned up with a severly battered cardboard box we flatly refused to accept delivery. We were told we must accept it then apply to return it, I forcefully told the delivery guy that I would not accept it and he took it away. I photographed the box and told him the item inside the flimsy cardboad packaging must be damaged as it was obvious the box had been heavily dropped on several corners. I contacted PayPay citing misrepresentation of goods and the fact Buy Simple does not abide by UK Distance Selling laws. They gave Buy Simple a week to respond; they didn't respond and we've just received a full refund! On the same day Buy Simple emailed me to tell me because I refused delivery I can't have a refund, no mention of sending me back the goods though. My advice is run screaming from these scammers and crooks. But if, like me you have ordered something, refuse delivery (threaten to call the police on the driver if necessary) then contact PayPal or your credit card company requesting a full refund and citing misrepresntatuon of goods, don't waste your time with their customer services! This company, despite its co.uk address is based in China, don't have anything to do with them they are cheats, liars and thieves.

We purchased a supposed Peloton bike. When it arrived it was an extremely cheap version of a bike. It certainly wasn't a Peloton bike and was not as advised. Handle bar was cracked and the peddle kept falling off and no i-fit subcription as advertised or screen as stated in the description.
After many e-mails i was finally
advised to return it, by BuySimple, at my own expense via ParcelForce, costing over £28.00. BuySimple refused to pay the return fee. I was very doubtful i would receive a refund. To my relief however i have received a refund today. Think I've been lucky considering some of the terrible reviews about this company.
This company is a con, i implore you not to use. It certainly does NOT live up to its name!!!!!

I wish id read the reviews before buying from this company. Paid £279 for a bike and have received nothing except a fake tracking. I have raised issue with Paypal.

Fake or counterfeit goods delivered from a UK address , however if you attempt to send them back you are told to send them to Argentina
PayPal are less than helpful in any form of recovery

A scam facilitated that PayPal won’t assist with

I stupidly purchased a Fitbit from this company. When originally placing my order the wrong door number had for some reason populated in the address section on the order form and I didn’t notice until the order had been completed. I immediately sent an email alerting them. I did receive a response telling me that they had notified their fulfilment team. A few days later I sent another email asking them to confirm that the address had been changed, instead of confirming this I received notification that the item had been posted and they provided me with a tracking number, however no confirmation that the address had ever been changed. Having not received my purchase I checked the tracking and to my surprise it stated that it had in fact already been delivered. I was therefore to assume that it had actually been delivered to the wrong house-number after all. I spoke to the occupants of this rented house but they denied all knowledge of ever having received it. I send a total of 4 further emails to this company and to date I have had no response. What a waste of time and money, now looking at the reviews, I’m not surprised, painful lesson to have to learn. Avoid

Purchased what was described as a peleton bike back in Jan. Took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did it turned out it wasn't a peleton bike at all and had no way of connecting to a fitness app. Reviews all mentioning how good this was and how the app was brill. Anyway I contacted them and a few days later they replied advising that it's not a peleton like bike and that no fitness app. He adv me the reviews was fake and that they didn't relate to this and that he would look to get them removed. However 4 weeks on and he still hasn't removed. My partner went to look to add a review and was unable to. Which just made this look like they write the reviews or copy them from somewhere else. I contacted PayPal and they agreed for me to have a refund but once I returned the bike. The seller wanted this returned to Argentina. Well this would cost 400 to 600 to return. Now still in debate with PayPal over this and this is unreasonable and unless he was gonna offer to cover the costs or they were it's not acceptable. So now to wait to see what happens. Would be interested to know what happened to other people's returns. Do not buy from this company.

Absolute disgrace they have a policy of once purchased there is no refund. This is breaking UK consumer rights 2013.
I purchased an item and mistakenly bought two.They refused a refund and I ended up taking it up with PayPal to have it investigated and they agreed in my favour with a full refund.
The customer service is an absolute shambles each time giving the exact same response and taking days to get back with an answer.
Stay well clear of this site.

I recently purchased an indoor spin bike from buy simple. I read the reviews and they were really positive showing customer pictures of a high quality spin bike, mentioning 1 year free member ship to an online fitness class.
The bike arrived and it was a different bike to the one on the customer reviews, it was such bad quality and the instructions were supposed to be in English but were so badly translated it was embarrassing.
I contacted buy simple and they informed me that the reviews were out of their control and nothing to do with them but they would be removed. There was no 1 years free membership to the online fitness class!!! It turns out it is impossible to leave a product review on their website so I am confused as to how a fake review has been put on by anyone other than themselves?? I have contacted their customer service email and asked 3 times now how do I leave a product review, they just ignore my request. Apparently after sending them pictures of rusted handle bars from the bike i purchased and the badly translated instructions when I pointed out they were that bad I didn't deem it safe to build the bike they have sent my details to the refund/returns department. I am yet to hear anything!!!! This has now been on going for a few weeks and I am hugely disappointed and frustrated with the product and the customer service received. There are no contact numbers for this company so I feel they are just fobbing me off via email!!!!

I purchased there peloton exercise bike and when it arrived it was an unbranded Chinese copy. Very cheap built and poor quality. I reported to Buysimple and Jomarie from customer support said it had been passed onto refund/returns department. That was the last I heard. I sent several emails no phone number listed on there site and I am still waiting. It was then I saw on Trustpilot that others have had the same experience.
They sell cheap Chinese goods and try to pass off in my case as a peloton which it is not.

They will take your money and that will be the last you hear from them !!!!
Please please stay away and tell others!!!!

I have also reported to peloton and to trading standards I suggest others also do the same.

As a positive update I have now got a full refund!!
After sharing from scamadviser.com to facebook I also contacted Paypal and my bank as well as here on Trustpilot and twitter. Finally I was contacted via email by Buysimple and offered a full refund.

Making noise does work and I urge others to also share on social media.

Truly appalling and feel totally stupid for not realising this was not a UK company. Website looked legitimate and UK based, only when invoice arrived was it clear it was a completely different outfit. I bought a spin bike, when it arrived it was nothing like advertised product and was frankly lethal. Far too low for anyone over 5 ft 6 to ride, instruction manual in random gibberish (the only amusement in the experience). Customer service flatly refused to accept it was not as advertised and asked for video of me riding it!
Mercifully I had paid through PayPal and have just had a refund.

Product I ordered an exercise bike was not as advertised and all the positive reviews were not for the item I ordered.
Unable to return, no refund and they do not answer e-mails
So unfair that companies like this are continuing to operate and taking customers money not producing the goods they are advertising.

Due to a moment of distraction ordered some high spec MTB trousers thinking I was buying from a UK based company. Turns out that I was buying from a foreign based company - Balma Home (possibly based in China) who sent a pair of poor quality leggings. Attempted to obtain a return and refund directly with company this was refused. Eventually obtained a refund via PayPal

I have had to give it A star but in reality Buysimple deserve NO stars. The worst service and it says delivery within so many days i have been waiting nearly a month!!! I emailed them for refund but apparently they dont do refunds what a con! It sure isnt UK based!

I am extremely disappointed with the child's smart watch, does not work, I live in the UK, and struggling to be refunded with my £50.00 it cost

Well I wish I’d looked on this site first! I recently purchased a spin bike. Delivery was prompt and that side of the ordering process no issues. The bike is still advertised as a peloton bike, which is why I choose it. The reviews under the bike all talk about ifit app and how amazing the bike is.
The bike is a basic spin bike. NOT a peloton bike. NO app available.
When I emailed to state this was false advertising I was met with “oh well” and offered 10% off my next order.
FALSE advertising and very disappointed.
