Another scam website just avoid them the quality of products is very bad and customer service is rubbish don’t buy anything from them

I purchased the Dog Carrier Backpack (size XL) from Buy Simple, which is the largest size they offer. I followed the sizing guide on their website, but when the item arrived it was far too small for my dog.
When I reached out to customer service, I was asked multiple times for “evidence” even after I sent photos and explained the issue. Their response was that because the item measurements technically matched their size chart, it was considered my mistake and they refused to issue a refund. They only offered an exchange, but since XL is already the biggest size available, that’s pointless.
The product is unusable for me, and the company’s rigid return/refund policy leaves customers stuck with something they can’t use. Very disappointed with both the item and the lack of flexibility in their customer service. I would not recommend this product or this company if you expect fair treatment or a reliable sizing guide.

Initially promising with a good delivery time and price. I thought my magnetic reading glasses were great. Sadly after a couple of months the metal to polycarbonate sliding interface has become very lose. Several pictures and a video sent only to be told the product only has 30 days warranty.
I would advise you steer clear of purchasing here.

Bought 2 suits for my groomsmen - looked great on the website... £150 a suit, it looks like a 20 quid fancy dress costume. Absolutely shit, arrived with 1/2 days left of their "30 day return policy". Complete scam.

Never Never Never buy a product through this website!!!! Any issues and you won't be able to return or get your money back. Nothing but proforma email responses. No real customer service. A very ambiguous orders page and they are not interested when the product you get isn't what you thought you ordered!!!

Garbage ….bought some Rosacea cream ..when it eventually arrived it was in Chinese and never mentioned Rosacea …did not resemble product I ordered with no advice /use instructions …..tube even felt half empty….wont last a week and loath to use it on my face as it could be anything .lesson learnt….wont be buying anything else from them …be warned !!!

Fake fake fake ….. what a useless 20 pounds I spent on what I thought was genuine to a very dangerous cream that made my skin burn I had to seek medical help…… do not use this company BE WARNED….. Chinese fake items

Unfortunately, I'll have to echo all the other reviews left about this company. Totally incompetent, advertise as a UK based company, totally unhelpful customer service, who just read off a script and keep sending you the same email answer, worded slightly differently each time.

My order for a back and seat chair rest, took almost 4 weeks to arrive, tracking just kept saying, in transit from China. I've had the item for less than 2 months, and the chair back rest part has completely fallen apart, at almost £70 I would expect better quality, and as others have rightly pointed out, no protection under the Consumer Act, so they're literally getting away with selling sub standard goods at premium prices.
Avoid at all costs and do not give this company one penny of your hard earned cash!

Terrible company, do not buy from this company. Following my order I heard nothing for weeks. I then e mailed to ask for update. I received an apologetic e mail stating I would receive item within 5 working days which didnt happen. I chased again and received another apology advsing I
would receive in 5 working days. The item arrived and is the wrong item and is poor quality.

Please do not order from this company they are not based in the UK despite their website address therefore you have no consumer rights. I ordered a portable air conditioner, when arrived I discovered it was faulty and very cheaply made, if you think you can return a faulty item for a refund under your consumer rights, I will be very clear, they have absolutely no intention of refunding ANYTHING regardless of fault or otherwise as they claim to not refund offer items… well that’s everything on their website as everything is advertised as special price! I also tried to leave a 1 star review against the product which hasn’t been published which indicates all the 5 star reviews are completely fake. Dropship company importing from China, save yourself a fortune and order through Temu or Shein.
Will contact PayPal under the buyer protection and trading standards as this company is absolutely shoddy, false advertising, fake reviews

Do not buy from this company. Ordered something months ago and they said they had the wrong address even though they had the right one all along and now they are saying it's too late as 30 days have passed. So no order and no refund!

I was stupid to buy from these people. High prices,slow delivery. The 'easy returns' on the website is a lie, they have no intention of accepting any returns.

Do not buy from this company, I have been chasing my order from this company since the 9th Jan 25, all I get is an automated response.

Goods arrived damaged. They told me to send photos which I did. They said they could not replace the damaged part so offered me a 50% discount on my next purchase. I asked for a refund but they are saying because I opened the item it was now classed as used and could not be refunded. I said how am I meant to know it's damaged if I don't open the packaging. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not pay Balma Home, the scammer on Paypal. Your money is trapped and they wont refund. Dropship product from China on large markup faulty products

Items are not as described and probably previously returned faulty stock.
They will not refund your money and just keep sending out emails requesting evermore “evidence” when it is not required.
I suspect their 5 star reviews on their website are fake. Wish I’d checked them out here earlier!!

China based con artists pretending to be located in the UK selling.
Everything on their website is false advertising. They'll send you the cheap rubbish version that looks nothing like what you ordered.
Good luck in getting a refund as well.

I ordered a bike carrier from buysimple on the 15th of June 2024. The carrier was never delivered, so I contacted them and they agreed to a refund. It is now the 20th of January 2025 and I have still not received my refund.
This company is at best incompetent, at worst fraudulent. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Awful company. Bought a GPS tracking device. It’s such poor quality and doesn’t work. Map on the app is in China and language Chinese! It also wants you to pay a monthly subscription which is not advertised on their product description. I trusted the reviews on their website. How foolish was I!!! I’ve tried to return the item. Emails are going round in circles and then they said they couldn’t refund it and for me to read their refund policy. The cheek!!! It says easy returns on the website. It’s such a con!!! I’ve reported a problem with PayPal and will escalate it further. They need to read the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Companies like this are conning consumers into buying their products and should be stopped. Avoid this company at all costs!!!
