I buy car camera and the quality is rubbish , And the camera option very bad , the sound you can’t turn it off all options is really very bad , It worked for 20 days and now the camera is not working , The shipping it will take about 25 days to 1 month until you get your items

Purchased a 5htz WiFi security camera from Buysimple. They looked for all intents and purpose to be a UK company based in Liverpool. How wrong is that. As soon as the purchase was made I received a PO tracking number, I checked this and was taken to a tracking company I'd never heard of. Turns out everything is based on China. The camera eventually arrived but was defective and nothing like what was advertised. Fahad,customer support at Buysimple was very unhelpful asking for a video of the camera (as is their returns policy) I did check and it clearly states "a clear picture or video". I told them this and everything went quiet. PayPal now involved and possibly Trading Standards if a refund isn't received. Avoid them at all costs.

Bought a dog stairs which when it came was awful not fit to use was so low would have to be only reaches halfway to any chair or bed i have also very cheap looking asked company for money back say they want me to send photos will report them to trading standards do not use them

Was very helpful I even got a email telling that I missed my delivery and let me know that I need to collect it from post office all emails wear aso very polite

Purchased a WiFi cctv camera , what a fantastic product at great value and when I needed information about sd sim card they were so helpful and efficient.

I think I got this online shop confused with another whilst I was comparing prices and accidentally ordered from them. Big mistake. These guys drop-ship from China whilst operating out of US/Canada (where their online shop is registered - I did some research) I paid UK prices (£20) for something I could have got off eBay (also shipped from PRC) for £4. It was ordered over 3weeks ago, still hasn't arrived. Read the small print 'Our estimated delivery times are from 7-21 business days'!!!!!! I wanted a UK based item specifically so I would get it quickly and didn't mind paying the extra. Now I have worst of all worlds. AVOID.

Excellent service throughout. Package arrived damaged and item had to be sent back. Customer services in the shape of John Carlo were really helpful in guidance re. returns and kept me updated on progress. Really pleased with this company's service.

This isn’t a four-star rating for the quality of products, it’s for the fact I managed to get a refund, despite what other customers on this site have reported. I ordered two plush pet beds that were not very plush at all and both were faulty, with a hard, raised ridge down the middle that meant my cat would not use them. I asked for a refund… and even though it took a little longer than I’d hoped I did get one. Very polite and efficient service from the customer care team too.

What a shabby company STAY AWAY.
I bought a pair of sandals and received wrong size they where not of the quality I expected anyway.
Sent the stupid pictures and video requested and they still refused to exchange them for the correct size, why that should be so difficult I'm not sure.

Fit bit type watch purchased from them, worked for half a day then didnt work again or charge blank screen. Sent them photos as requested in the 7 days allowed for return, they closed my case because I didnt provide a video. Yet my pictures showed exactly what a video would a blank screen when charging and when holding the button? Argued online for ages and had to ask my bank in the end to retrieve the money. This company is a scam running out of different countries. My watch took weeks to arrive, I kept having to chase for it!! They advertise now quibble money back, I can say that isnt the case. They sell shoddy goods and then wont refund your money. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!

bad incorrect description and infact using pics of items of good quality overcharged as they do not honour the emails saying buy today for 25% discount and refusing to refund saying to late and not answering emails other than to tell you item is on the way oh fast delivery becomes 4 weeks Never buy from this company I bought a lovely dog ramp which turns out to be a cheap badly cut sponge which falls over and is not non slip putting my dogs at risk of injury When asking for a refund and saying they did not honor the description or discount they just pretend to be stupid and reply saying item on the way Please never buy from this company it will cost you more in the long run having to buy again elsewhere

You should have a No star rating for this company. As they don’t even deserve that. I bought a product from them and canceled it within the hour by sending several messages canceling, and they came back that it had already bent sent (what a load of crap) then claimed it had a tracking number (Chinese, and most know who rubbish they are). Then they we do not except returns unless damage and only give in store credit (highly illegal I’m sure), and finally they state if I send it back it will go back to another warehouse where it will be lost (I have the emails to prove this).
Buyer be VERY aware of this company it is by far the worst I had to ever deal with. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN PERIL.

Bought a watch for my father in law. Didn't work on arrival. Had to send a video to prove it! Then was told will be in touch 10 days later still nothing after being chased and chased!

Blood pressure is very inaccurate on intelligence health bracelet-. Twice the price of Amazon. Refused refund at first. Said they wanted a video to show my mother was unable to use it. I cut and pasted to show that goods bought online have to be refunded and without a reason for return. Said they'll refund if I pay postage back to China even though its a UK website. I am going to contact PayPal as I paid through them

I am sorry I have to giv a star because they do not deserve any. During the heatwave I looked at their ad for a Car Cooler. I tried to add a link but cant. Just Google 'Buy Simple Car Cooler' will show you the fake product. Fake because although it is in fact a usb cooler and probably works ok, it has nothing to do with cars.

I went on to their chat and asked if this would be ok in a car given the movement and was told yes it would be fine. The first thing I read when I received the cooler was it must nt be moved or bumped. and in no place was car mentioned.
I went on to their chat to ask for a return and was told I must email a video of the fault. I asked how i could video the fact that it was not suitble for car and they did not know. Sent a picture of the notice about not moving it. Still awaiting response despite further chat. Don't waste your money they are cheats.

I bought a heart monitor watch which took 3 weeks to arrive and was dead on arrival. No refund or replacement would be considered until I sent a video of a dead watch! I did so and was promised a replacement.

43 days after placing the original order the replacement arrived. It too was faulty. I reported that on the same day and once again was told to make a video of the faulty watch.

Due to ill health and hospital visits it took me 40 days to get around to sending another video at which time I was effectively told "Tough, you didn't send the video within 30 days, so we won't do anything!"

Don't just take my word for it, read the other reviews - this is a company to steer well clear of.

The only bit of good news is that I purchased through PayPal (which I'd recommend that everyone should do) and when I raised the issue with them they promptly refunded.

Ordered a set of pet steps in May, finally they've came it's now July I have had correspondence going back and forth to the support team who replied very quickly and offered me a refund for half of the amount I purchased which is fair enough, but seriously in order for your website to receive good reviews going forward just be honest and state that some items might take alot longer to arrive than stated on your site then at least customers will be able to o order knowing the time they have to wait instead of lying it's not hard to do, all I can say about the steps is they were not worth the wait either good job I went out and bought another set that are well better quality and safer for my French bulldog who's had spinal surgery and needs support now getting on and off the couch the steps that arrived are not safe at all ...

Worst mistake you could make in buying from this company. They will not make clear that their company and products are from China by saying that they have warehouses inside the UK when they are actually coming from China! They products are advertised as actual instruments when they are toys. I boughts what looked like a drum set and with a price of £53 you would hope that you are getting something decent. However when it arrived it was a toy! My 2 year old who is small in stature could not even sit I front of it. So please do not buy from these people! Pure rip off with no regard for the service they provide.

I bought a portable air conditioning unit on 8 May and it finally arrived on 5 Jun. This is significant because their returns policy expires after 30-days of purchase, so I suspect the items late arrival was not by chance.

What arrived was a piece of cheap tat that was broken within its packaging. The On / Off button was broken off, but the electronic part of the button didn’t operate anyway. It also had a water reservoir that leaked. Basically the unit was completely unusable.
