Awful company avoid them

Please DO NOT purchase anything from Buy Simple (Balma Home). The cholesterol testing kit I bought for £46.85 was very poor quality and did not work. The procedure for claiming a refund is arduous - they require video evidence and when I sent this they still refused my refund. Fortunately PayPal has refunded my payment, but this was a dreadful experience and I believe they are a SCAM company.

If you paid via PayPal, report them to PayPal. Paypal will block them from using their platform to scam people.

I wouldn't give them one star if there was another option.

They are bad, such a bad company. The goods they sell are rubbish, are misleading and therefore don't work. The customer support are like robots.

I don't know why these companies are still allowed to sell in the UK, there should be a ban on these pathetic companies.

Not a good experience. I bought something from them, was charged for it, waited…and waited. I then contacted them, and to be fair the fact that they responded quite quickly was the only good part of my experience with them. Although their response was to say that the item was on its way with their shipping provider and I’d get an update within 72hrs. I didn’t, so I contacted them again, and they then said they had “ authorized to grant a full refund on your order due to stock issues to close the case” and that my refund would be with me in 5-8 days. So over two weeks later after not getting my refund I contacted them again. A few days and a few chasing emails later, thankfully I had my refund, but what a waste of time! I then ordered the item from Amazon. Not my preferred choice to use Amazon for everything, but I had my item 2 days later. Just goes to show why they’re doing so well when other companies are playing us for fools.

Purchased K Rosacea treatment, expensive for a small tube but fair enough if it works - IT DOESN’T!! Useless product, waste of money, don’t buy!!

Appalling. I ordered a camera for my granddaughter. It didn't arrive for ages, too late for the birthday. They don't make it clear when you order that they don't have the goods in stock in the UK - it's flown over from overseas, hence the time lag. They don't answer emails. Then they refuse to accept a return if you've 'changed your mind' - long delays don't count and the goods have to be damaged to get a refund (photo needed). You've no idea what the address is, so little can be done. This company is run by cheats. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I wanted to return a sling that I had ordered for my baby which was putting the baby in an uncomfortable position and they asked me to send them pictures and videos to prove that the sling is incompatible which I did. They kept saying that they did not receive any pictures or videos despite me sending it to them over and over again.

These people are frauds and thieves! Everyone beware.

I’m a UK based first time mum and have ordered a travel baby nest. That was in January and it’s now almost March and nothing has arrived. I have emailed twice and first time they gave me a tracking code which didn’t work. Second time they said they would re-ship it. By the time it arrives (if it does) my baby will no longer fit inside.

Mums don’t buy unless you have plenty of time …

We need things fast and this company drop ships from China so baby will be grown up when it comes

It saddens me to read all these comments because it's all too familiar. 1 star is definitely too high. This is exactly what happened to me. I bought some headphones, they arrived for 5 minutes and then kept turning themselves off, with a Chinese voice telling me it was powering off. They are a cheap Chinese knock-off and don't work at all. I eventually managed to contact a man claiming to be called 'John' who asked for a video, which I sent, he then said it didn't show the problem and asked me to take a video showing the phone connection as well, when I clearly need the phone to do the video. He refunded £5 of the £30 spent and will not give me an address to send them back to and won't return my money. It's been really stressful and a horrible experience dealing with them. Having to go through PayPal buyer protection. All the negative reviews are true. They clearly do this to everyone.

£80 for a knife set that has rust spots within 1 month. I cant leave a review on the specific item in their website, which says it all. Despite sending the requested video and photos, they say they can't see the rust spots. Will be contacting my bank due to these fraudsters!!!! I cant seem to add a photo here.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Ordered a dashcam. When it arrived it didn't even power up. Absolutely useless. Then there is the long a difficult process of communicating with them over a refund.
They demand photos and a video of the problem, how do you actually make a video of something that doesn't work?
Eventually got a refund from PayPal.

I bought 2 remote control cars in Nov for my Grandsons Xmas presents, one arrived Xmas Eve the other 2 weeks later, one of them never worked , despite 24 emails going back and forth they were most unhelpful! Thankfully PayPal were amazing and took up my case, I had a refund within 10 days. This company also trades under Balma home. Goods come from China, please don’t use this company

1 star is too much. This company are a joke. Fraudulent scammers.

Please nobody spend anything on their website. It’s just cheap Chinese replicas and the customer service if they worst I’ve ever experienced. The uk address does not exist and there is no way to contact them. Why PayPal let them use their service is beyond me.

Just avoid at all costs everybody.

Do not use this company.
No help at all when unsatisfactory anti dog barking devise received.
A copy of an original in pictures. No manufacturers name or other writing on it.
Basically spent a lot of money on a cheap torch.
Difficult to deal with and only offered 10%refund if not happy with item.
Do not believe their returns and refund policy.

Every negative review is 100% right.
Total scam.

Don't buy anything from them, they don't offer order canclation and returns (unless the item is damaged) and don't care about the customer. Very rude in their communications. Items listed on their website are 5 times more expensive compared to other popular online shops.
