I wish I’d read some of these reviews before purchasing. I purchased 2 waterproof security cameras for my rear garden wanting to see foxes etc in the garden at night all initially looked good apart from the flimsy plugs & adapters after reading the really basic instructions for a couple of days & getting to grips with how they were meant to work it dawned on me that they actually need to be HARD WIRED if I’m to use in the garden therefore I tried to return them which they wouldn’t accept, I sent photos asking how can they be used outside with the short USB lead & Chinese adapter pointing out at no point in the instructions does it address this point. After several email they stopped communicating having spent £70 + I purchased long USB leads & got an electrician to wire them in £150.00
I just wish I’d purchased battery operated I could have moved them a route garden too I guess you live & lean.

Amazing customer service and support ,the items purchased are great extremely sharp Japanese knives very happy !

Bought mine for £ 43 and I used it for couple of days only. It already doesn't stick anymore and I felt on some parts of my skin really nasty sharp zaps. It actually burned my skin and that's why it hurts so much. Not sure what to do with it now but wish I knew that before so I'm sharing with others too.

I had an issue with evri not delivering my parcel so i messaged buy simple direct and they was absolutely great!! Sent me out another order very fast and with use of another courier! Grrat service ill be back to leave another review if my hair grows back 🤣🤞🏾

I stupidly trusted the reviews on a rosacea cream. It took over 3 weeks to arrive and its in a box with chinese writing and no name of the product or instructions. I daren't use it!

I've had a quick play and the camera seems great. Although I found the set up a bit daunting it all worked out nicely. I was up and running in about 15 minutes.
If anyone is struggling there are some good set up guides on the net and the customer service is excellent. So far, I'm really pleased.

Customer service (John Carlo) really excelled when resolving a problem with my security camera. Although I did not initially realise where the item was coming from,he kept me informed at all times. When the camera developed a fault he didall he could to try and resolve it. I see a lot of the reviews are fairly negative,I certainly have not had this experience. I would definitely use this company again.

Advert promised quick delivery and the item took over 2 weeks to be delivered from China. There were no instructions and no info as to how to access online instructions.
I wanted to return for a refund but the 'no fault, no refund' policy precluded this possibility. What a waste of money.
Avoid this supplier at all costs.

If I could give less than one star I definitely would!I am kicking myself that I did not take the time to read other reviews before I ordered from them!!I ordered a dashcam that arrived quickly but doesn't work.I got in touch with the company,sent all videos they asked for as proof then have been fobbed off for 3 months of painstaking emails back & forth to then be told they would refund 30% of the cost,to which I pointed out that I would still be paying 70% for an item that has no use!!They refused a
FULL refund!I have now had to report them to trading standards & credit card company to see if I can get my refund that way.It is a nightmare & a headache dealing with this company.PLEASE save yourself the stress & order whatever it is you want from somewhere else!!

I bought a pair of heated gloves (not working) and they will not replace or refund. Lots and lots of emails but still not sorted after two months.

good afternoon, I do not advise them to buy cheap things from China of very low quality. See how they work if something costs 10 pounds in China, they sell for 40-50 pounds plus you also pay for shipping and for returning the product, that is, they are fully insured and the buyer is in a trap, they know that the buyer will not return a low-quality product for which you have to pay for the return and they use it. I advise you to bypass this store

I bought the Blood Pressure Watch and Heart Rate Monitor Smart Watch from this store but the watch only lasted for just over a 1.5 years. It worked absolutely fine until then but at the moment, it doesn't charge at all and the display is just stuck at "Charging". There is no way to reset the device and the support team were not helpful at all as they are not willing to help as device is out of warranty. Surely, for something to last for only so much, it doesn't feel worth it. Not buying from here again.

Absolute junk, bought an expensive cholesterol test that does not work. Some parts missing. Rubbish. Avoid.

Had to wait a while for delivery of my dash cam.But up and running working quite well.Was kept up to date with my delivery by admin.So very pleased.

Cheap and rubbish stuf never again . It took forever to get it and there are rubbish Don’t buy rusted after 2 days not reliable. Avoid . Don’t buy don’t ever buy

I bought a health monitor wristband and it works really well. Company service was very good - of course goods coming from China take a bit longer but that’s obvious.

The customer service was brilliant but the goods are so poor and cheaply made it will be going straight in the bin. The blood pressure monitor is that far out i'd say it's dangerous. Today I wore it for the first time I walked down stairs and it said I had done 695 steps !!

Health watch arrived in good time. I had an issue setting it up but the support team member replied promptly and with good helpful responses. All up and running now. I would buy from them again given the level of support available.

Never received the goods, and applied to PayPal for a refund after spending 10 days being fobbed off by Buysimple's customer services. Opened a dispute on non receipt of goods, after 6 weeks PayPal stated that the seller had supplied tracking details and proof of delivery, but did not supply me with this proof just took seller's word for it. I have now had to apply for a refund from my card supplier which will now run this saga on for another 12 weeks. This company is completely dishonest issuing tracking numbers on day of purchase, and PayPal is even worse by condoning there actions. Just be advised by all who have posted here before "Do not order anything from this company"

Although the product I ordered ended up not being quite what I expected, I am basing my review on the service I received from the time I wrote in, to ask for a refund. I am currently dealing with another company via email and the stress/anger they are causing me through being incompetent, it really makes me appreciate the hard working, kind and caring individuals like John on the customer service team for this company. He really has gone above and beyond, with great manners. Thank you once again for the wonderful service.
