I do wish I checked trust pilot before I ordered from this company,plus I wasn't aware the cheap goods came from China!!!
Atrocious customer service ,
They sent me the wrong size shoes and tried everything not to give me a refund!! They even asked me to send a photo of the wrong size shoes,like we what's the point of that?!!!! So far they have only offered me credit,no thanks!!!!
Avoid this company at all cost ,the reviews on here are not wrong ,look at the statistics.

I ordered a cholesterol testing machine and it took 5 weeks to arrive (from china).
It came without any cholesterol testing strips.
I got onto them (via email) and after another 5 weeks (and several emails) the strips arrived.
The machine is excellent and accurate.
It would have been 5 stars if it all arrived at once.
Oh, and they should tell you upfront that it’s coming from china.

Do not buy from this company ordered a pair of waterproof trousers for my partner they were too small asked for return address for full refund and 25 emails later they wnt give me full refund want to give in store credit no thanks il never buy from them again iv asked PayPal to step in and help so hopefully I will get it sorted with them

Atrocious company selling cheap goods for top dollar.
I purchased a so call thing that supposedly trains dogs, it cost me £22 with post and package came with no battery that cost £3 and it does absolutely nothing, the dog just looks at me and thinks what you doing you fool.it makes me so angry that company's are aloud to sell such rubbish.

I ordered a rhinitis therapy device that arrived defective and out of order. When I complained, the company offered a replacement, but I insisted on a refund. They kept pushing for a replacement and, when I persisted, they stopped responding to my emails altogether and never refunded my money.

Do not trust this company at all. Zero stars. They are scammers who will steal your money. Despite numerous emails, they kept wasting my time and never refund. Big thieves. Beware.

I’d give it 0 if I could, it can have 1 star for arriving.
Air conditioning unit… no way, I didn’t think it would be brilliant but I thought it would act like a fan, in other words move some air, but it’s really weak and will not keep you cool.
I will not be buying again, or recommending this company.

I should have read the reviews. This company is a farce! Do not buy anything & I mean anything from these morons.

Waited 3 weeks for a product, to finally receive it in Chinese packaging...looks nothing like the box ordered. Not only that but the instructions are in Chinese....completely useless

SCAM company - 2 items on my order, 1 missing from delivery, the 2nd was an empty box/bottle. No telephone number to contact them and they don't reply to emails.

I bought a Blood Pressure Watch for 19,99 pounds on this store. I was looking for a cheap item but a standard quality that can help me monitoring my health during the day. I received it in 10 days, which is kind of long, but once I tested the item, I think it was just what I was looking for. Easy to use. The app is for free in the PlayStore and works perfectly monitoring my blood pressure. Small, very comfortable! Recommended!

Ordered a cream for rosacea. It arrived and is a tube of something from China - not branded - no istructions - £25 down the drain, I would not trust this site at all! Wow - what a load of nonsense!

I was charged four times the price as compared to Ali express for the exact same item and took way too long to be delivered.
I did mail them and they didn't really want to know so I would avoid this company if you can

Just awful. Brought as smart watch for blood pressure monitoring. It doesn’t give accurate readings, even gives readings when it’s not on my arm. Asked customer service for a return address and my money back. They are offering a replacement! Such an awful product and company- avoid at all costs.

Originals were 'picked' wrong and I reported this to Buysimple. They had no hesitation in changing them over, and very quickly too ! - I received a genuine apology from the team. Excellent customer service and a highly recommended company.

The product I purchased was not what I wanted, however, customer service were very helpful and bent over backwards to address my concerns. I was given a refund immediately without contention. There are a lot of negative reviews for this site, but I am sure there are thousands of happy customers.

Ordered heated gloves on 15th Oct, tracking said it was in transit from CHINA a few days later, 10 days after that, it comes up as returned, I hadn’t even received them, now I have to fight for a refund 😡 if you’re in the UK don’t fall for the. .co.uk NOT UK BASED order number #SB43489

Bought two Infrared Sinusitis treatment devices. Contrary to the ad picture, they were matchbox sized, cheap junk. Doubt they are of any therapeutic value and just as well sticking two fairy lights up your nostrils. No instructions enclosed or boxing - just a grungy plastic bag. A very expensive mistake -Avoid making my mistake.

I needed to cancel my item. Contacted customer care, was answered immediately, my item cancelled and refunded. Thanks buysimple. 👍

My experience with Buy simple was amazing. Slight issue with the product initially but this was rectified immediately and the customer service was perfect.

Ordered an anti barking device £19+
The one delivered was not the same, looked cheap & box old. Insisted i send a video, finally accepted a picture. They say its the same device, just does not have the writing on it & it's the original. I am also 'lucky to have ordered this from them'.unfortunately I did not read the terms before buying, they have no intention of dealing fairly with customers. I will be contacting PayPal.
Do not deal with this company.
