I ordered waterproof MTB trousers and after a long delay received a thin pair of workout leggings. Company said sometimes items differ slightly from the discription and they only offer refunds on defective goods.

Recently bought an exercise bike from Buy Simple. I must admit when I read the reviews after I’d purchased I was a little concerned . However the bike arrived within 7 days as promised , easy to assemble and we are extremely happy.

OMG - bought an exercise bike and tried to cancel order but they don’t speak English well enough to understand. Bike arrived. Shocking quality, bits missing instructions for assembly make no sense and include “if you have not Zhu Shan leping in any form for a long time. Before you begin to forge the final consultation with the doctors professional On.” Was my first instruction. Further down it says “the body began to burn “Fang” Nightmare in 6 of the heart something bad behind rate. Think they need a translator. In big letters it said “use will harm your health”. Which isn’t great when you have ordered an exercise bike!!!! Anyway looks like after all my emails to return it they don’t understand and ignore what I’m asking so I’m stuck with it. BE WARNED! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I bought an exercise bike prior to reading reviews of this company . Big mistake. I did receive a bike but it’s nothing like described on the site or in the now obviously fake reviews

Very disappointed with this company, I bought some binoculars off this company and they had a strange gun sight inside of the lens, not mentioned in the description, as this was a present they were not opened straight away, when I contacted the company they would not give a refund for the unwanted binoculars.

I bought a remote control car in November. It never arrived. Reported this through PayPal and a car arrived on the 7th December for a present. First time it was played with a part snapped and it can’t be played with. At £60 I contacted the company and they wouldn’t do a thing as the original order was placed in November. Postage was supposed to be refunded after delay in delivery but nothing. Awful company buyer beware

I agree with all reviews on here do not touch this company with a barge pole. I accidentally order 2 of the item and contacted them within 10 minutes of realising what I had one. Told could not cancel as order had already been processed yet it took over 5 weeks to receive item x 2 and was not dispatched until 4 days after I had contacted them. It is useless fitbit and needs charged every 24 hours. quickest part delivery was from Heathrow to Edinburgh. Bunch of gangsters They also trade as By Simple. I really want to give this 0 stars as that is what they deserve.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE COWBOYS. I ordered a child’s smart watch back in mid November. I still haven’t received it. They don’t even send confirmation of sale etc. I have raised this with PayPal and apparently it’s sent via Royal Mail on 17 December. The tracking number doesn’t work. These people need to be struck off. Livid.

I agree with all the bad reviews here. Bought the mini fridge as it seemed like a good deal. The product was faulty and looked cheap. I asked for a refund and they refused as I sent it back, even though it was sent back after providing all the information they requested. Luckily I received a refund from PayPal.

The reviews on the website are fake, don't waste your time and money.

I ordered a child’s camera on the 13th December for a Christmas present, I checked on the 23rd as I had not received it, and got a message to say they are sorry, but check on a tracking number that they gave me, it just said in transit. It finally arrived on the 29th, by this time I didn’t need it as had to buy a camera from elsewhere, so have asked for a refund, and apparently they don’t give refunds unless it’s faulty or damaged. By law they have to give you a refund, you have 14 days from the day you receive it, you can’t speak to anyone by phone, it’s by email only, so I’m just being fobbed off continuously. I also totally agree with a past comment, they look like cheap knock offs, this definitely isn’t the camera I thought I ordered, my other grandchild had one, and this quality is rubbish. In the advert it was shown as an offer, so I thought I was getting a good deal, but you know the saying, if it seems to good to be true it probably is.

Do not buy from this company I returned a dash cam and they informed me that I would not get a refund be ouse I never asked for permission to return it even though I sent it to the address on the package What a load of rubbish

Shambles of a company. Ordered a Christmas present for my child at the end of November thinking it was a U.K. company so would have plenty of time to arrive and get here for Christmas. Turns out the company is China so delivery is not what you’d expect.
I emailed to explain I was moving house etc and I have just had a robotic type of customer service (or someone who just has selective reading) who replies every 7 days if that and has tried to tell me my parcel has been delivered to which I’ve explained it has not and the response was to get in touch with the ‘transporter’ with my tracking number that doesn’t work and let them know my new address.

Wish I’d seen trust pilot before I bought, and funnily enough you can’t leave a review on the website. Luckily only £20 lost.

Do not buy anything from this SCAM company. Ordered a rc car last may for my 7 years old sons birthday at the end of June.
It never arrived on time, we didn't get it till August. When it arrived it did not work. Sent it back at an extra cost of 10 pounds and have heard nothing since despite numerous emails. This is a RIP off company which badly needs investigating and taken to court.

Ordered a children’s smart watch for Christmas on 27thNov 2020. Had to send two emails to find out where the item was. I was told that because of the current Covid climate delivery would take a little longer than usual. Eventually arrived 2or 3 days before Christmas. Item is what I call cheap and nasty, I thought about returning but their policy is that you can’t return after 30 days. Convenient that it was sat at the Atherstone mail depot for at least a week.

Absolute rubbish. Ordered a “GPS Tracker”. When it arrived it tells you it’s actually Bluetooth with a pathetic range. I went along with it, downloaded the app, but that crashes every time you open it and the “tracker” doesn’t even turn on. Customer service is nonexistent.

I am surprised, believe me. An item bought online at the beginning of December arrived today 22nd correct and in one piece. According to royal mail tracking, it sat in Atherstone RDC since 26th Dec not moving. Having seen the final delivery label, I surmise that this item was imported from China, and has sat in Atherstone awaiting customs clearance before being fed in, and delivered overnight to my Scottish address. Atherstone must deal with imports through the freight hub at East Midlands Airport.
So, although very slow, I got my item. Buy Simple or Balma Home came through, but their communication of its transit and slowness to deal with enquiry or complaint will likely preclude me from buying through them in future.

Generally speaking, these are thieves and absolute robbing ba####ds, the goods have been ordered and since then there is no contact with the seller. Toy for my kid is gone and so is the money. I've reported them to paypal. AVOID !!!

Absolute scammers, fake uk based company, selling cheap knock off items, site is full of fake "good reviews" return address given is somewhere in Buenos Aires Argentina. Item arrives but doesnt get picked up, therefore paypal cannot issue refund until item is showing as collected. Absolute scammers, stay away! reported to trading standards

I bought a lamp for my son. When he plugged the charger in it exploded. Luckily he'd moved hid head away seconds before.
I raised this with their customer service team and weeks after the event they continued to insist that I send a video to ensure it was their item. The health and safety issue was simply not seen. I wasn't after my money back as I used a different charger. Never buy from this source.

I ORDERED 2 ITEMS FOR MY CHILDREN 5 WEEKS AGO AND NOTHING, I EMAILED FAHAD AT CUSTOMER SERVICES AND ALL I WAS TOLD IS THAT IT COULD BE ANOTHER MONTH IM OUTRAGED AS THESE GIFTS WERE FOR CHRISTMAS AND THERE IS NO CHANCE OF RECEIVING THEM IN TIME
HAD BUY SIMPLE TOLD ME IN ADVANCE OF THEIR SLOPPY DELIVERY SERVICE I WOULD NEVER HAVE ORDERED THROUGH THEM
