Efficient and Affordable
I luckily didn't need to use the travel insurance I bought from Butter for Bali. I did fall in a pothole but it thankfully didn't require medical attention (watch out, kids). However I appreciated that it was easy to purchase and affordable.

Easy to buy
Easy to buy - but at this point in time I can only assess that step. If (hope not) need to raise a claim I would rate it depending upon the end to end process experience and final result.

Good service
My boyfriend forgot an important medicine and we were in another country and needed to contact a specialist doctor to get the prescription validated and they gave us all the support and informed us of ways to achieve this.

Could not recommend Butter more! I became sick while in Greece and was so grateful for their 24 hour hotline. This was also the first time I've ever had to make a claim on my travel insurance and was blown away at how quick, efficient and seamless their claims process was.

Competitive price & easy application
I left my travel insurance till the last minute (I was at the airport waiting for my flight to Honolulu)!!
Butter Insurance reviews were well above other competitors and it was quick and easy to complete the application.
Price was also very competitive.
