Straightforward and no-nonsense. Used for a recent trip. I didn’t need to use the insurance so can’t speak to the Follow through experience, but sign up online was smooth and offered a comparable service to many of the big hitters.

Easy to do via online and competitive pricing.

At first, this travel insurance company appears to offer excellent service. They're responsive and quick to take your payment. Unfortunately, that efficiency disappears the moment you need to file a claim.

The claims process was incredibly frustrating. It was slow, confusing, and lacked transparency. Despite providing all the requested documentation, I experienced repeated delays and little to no clear communication. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company to others.

On a recent trip to Thailand my 4 year old got a bad case of gastro leading to an overnight stay in hospital. On check out I lodged a claim with the supporting documentation. The next morning the claim was approved and the following day we had the money in our account minus the excess fee. So happy with this service I'll be using butter travel insurance for all of our trips moving forward. Thank you!
