Order was not delivered. Was advertised as delivered by 4 working days. Phoned up on the 5th day and I was informed that it’s still at the factory and was forgotten about. Did receive the item in the end. But this delayed me

The speed we received the samples was great, unfortunately 2 samples cost £20 and they are not suitable and are very different to the way they looked online, there's got to be a better/cheaper way to choose a colour, we now have to choose another 2 samples and another £20 !! All we want is an off-white colour but you cannot get anywhere near a true colour from the website so will have to keep guessing and ordering two at a time

I love this shop / company . They can support a project big or small for your house ; you can rely on them , they are excellent professionals ; shop collection or home delivery is available. They have items no one has - I checked .

Service from Build Greenr was great , the ordering process , communication about the order was excellent ,However I didn't give them a 5 star because they have been let down by their delivery company
I ordered 2 paint pots ..which were wrapped up with Fragile tape all over it , but the box that was left on the doorstep was so bashed up the the 2 pots in the box were dented but luckily not damaged enough for the paint to leak out

Easy to navigate website with a fantastic range. Good value for money, regular delivery updates and delivered by friendly and very helpful driver - brilliant service all round.

Terrible experience – avoid if you value your time and money

The website promised delivery within 1–3 days – my order took 6 days with no update or notification. Items were missing from the delivery, which the driver himself confirmed in writing, yet customer service kept asking if we were sure anything was missing.

To make things worse, the order was split into 3 separate deliveries without informing us, and we were just expected to figure it out ourselves. There is no phone number to call, and responses via email take several days, making it almost impossible to resolve anything in a timely manner.

Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive throughout. Overall, a completely unreliable and frustrating experience. Would not recommend at all.
