Terrible customer service
Build Greener made a dispatch error & mixed up my order with someone else's. I understand that mistakes happen, but the resolution was terrible. Build Greener put the burden on their customers by asking us to post the items to each other to fix the issue. They then sent the wrong dispatch labels & shrugged off the time, effort and inconvenience their mistake was costing both parties. Nevermind the fact that our projects were compromised due to the delivery delays. All avoidable and should have been handled so much better. I will never use again and do NOT recommend this company.

delivery cost very high . I have recently purchased 3 x larger reclaimed Wool insulation bails cheaper than the two I purchased from here including the delivery

Good site good quality material and good ordering
I found the site very good the ordering and pick up very good they even went Beyond the norm to sell to me on a day someone was there but they were not open

The product did not arrive
The product did not arrive. Tracking shows returned to sender, no attempted delivery. I have emailed twice to ask what is happening with my order. No response as yet after at least a week.
