Delivery was again appalling with DPD. Given a delivery window, not delivered, no call. Now, a whole bank holiday of work is wasted.

Great company, best prices & helpful staff
Roofing Ventilation is one of the most helpful and competitively priced companies we have dealt with in a long time. Their price for the tiles we wanted were the best we could find and they arrived within 5 days of ordering them. Jack was extremely helpful in arranging the delivery and contacted us when he said he would so we weren't left wondering what was happening. We would have no hesitation in recommending them and would definitely use them again.

The item was delivered on the 11th working day so we are sorry it was 1 day late, but the times given are always estimates.

The item was deliverd on time with no…
The item was deliverd on time with no damage. The roof tile fitted prefectly against the orginal roof tiles and was easily installed. The vent blends in with the roof and is not obtrusive. Checked installation after storm 'Amy', no problems found. Thank you.

I asked the sales person if your…
I asked the sales person if your product would be the same profile as wicks corrugated sheets and he said it would be ok. I had to call and ask when the roof caps were coming, he apologised and sent some of the ridges and the remainder of the order would follow when they came into your company. That's about a week ago and still the remainder of the order hasn't been sent. It's futile because they don't fit. Very angry about the lack of correspondence between your company and myself
Keep the remainder because they do not fit.

Having looked through all correspondence on your order I can see you contacted us before placing the order, and we advised as long as the sheets you had were a 3 inch profile yes they would fit, so no incorrect advice was provided on our part. We have technical images displaying dimensions of a 3 inch profile available if required. You are more than welcome to return the incorrectly ordered goods to us for a refund no problem just let us know. So helpful with excellent service
I was looking for some clear corrugated roofing plastic roofing ventilation were so helpful. They picked up the phone every time I rang they answered the questions really accurately and the delivery service was incredibly fast. I’d highly recommend using them and I personally would not consider going anywhere else.
