I'm always a little apprehensive about…
I'm always a little apprehensive about dealing with a company I've never dealt with before, especially on-line but my fears were allayed after my order was delivered:
A. - on time
B. - extremely well packed

Communication was great. Couldn't deliver directly (understandable and expected) but could accommodate via a 3rd party. All parts arrived undamaged, quality exactly as described on the site, value was great compared to other sites - would recommend.

Outstanding
Outstanding. Custom vents to suit our Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery system (MVHR), bespoke to slot in perfectly with our Redland Cambrian slate composite roof and achieve the necessary flow rate without compromising water tightness or causing us headaches with the planners in the National Park Conservation Area. They know their stuff and gave a superb turnaround time and marvellous advice. Flashing kit and take off included. Gone in beautifully. Thank you.

Rec’d broken roofing sheets
Rec’d broken roofing sheets, Did not open straight away until I needed to use them and customer service refused replacements and said I could have damaged them myself which is absurd, This was damaged in dispatch and transit, Sent email with photos but was ignored, Half finished job with 6 sheets not fit for purpose, outrageous !!
