Thank you for highlighting this issue. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the delay in your delivery.
Upon investigation, we found that your order was initially delivered on Monday, 4th November. However, the next day, you informed us that you hadn't received your delivery. We immediately looked into this and discovered that while the fixings were delivered, the roof sheets were damaged during transit and returned to the supplier. We're sorry if the delivery driver did not notify you of this, and we apologise for the delay in informing you. Replacements have been arranged and are on their way to you as soon as possible.
We appreciate your feedback and feel that once we were aware of the missing items, we acted swiftly and efficiently.
