No PNR, no mobile, showed no booking on the website, if anybody wants to help, always more than 30 in the queue, 72 hr or 96 hr later, PNR... what a joke. Stay km away. worst experience. BIN-32613197 is the booking ref.

Worst experience in ticket booking
My tickets are cncelled after 3 days once i booked. This is not fair at all. If you can't be able to book you should not ask for payment. If paid and not be able to book you should inform me immediately. Due to your late ticket prices are increased and I am not able to find out the flights in my budget.

Issue: Ticket was generated but later showed canceled / not manageable
I was informed conflicting information and no proper support was provided
My time was wasted and no resolution or refund clarity was given
Despite repeated follow-ups, the company failed to:
Provide clear communication
Resolve the issue
Offer proper support
This is a clear case of deficiency in service and unfair practice.
I request DGCA to:
Investigate this matter
Take strict action against BudgetAir
Ensure refund / compensation

My booked flight was cancelled by the airline. Airline website said to contact agent for refund. But there is no option to directly contact customer care. You can just email them or use the chat option in website. Which never works as it says 30 people in queue. Pathetic service.

This is a fake company
This is a fake company. I did my booking through them and when the airline changed the schedule of the aircraft, Budgetair sent me a mail to confirm the change. It did not allow any other option other than to confirm. I tried contacting them for 5 days continuosly after the mail, so that I could either change the date or cancel it. There was no phone number that I could reach them. No response on email. The chat showed a perpetual message "There are more than 30 persons in line". I would wait for 4/5 hours EVERYDAY and each time, the session would expire. I never could get in touch in any other way. Its now 12 days since Im still trying. My conclusion is NEVER GO for these bogus websites. They rely only on luck. If something goes wrong, they'll dump you. I contacted the airline, and all the airline would tell me is that I should only consult the agent.
