Few Facilities are Not Available
Air India airlines extra luggage options meal options or other facilities were not there during confirmation of booking where other travel sites do give that option. Also, why forex charges there is domestic flights from India domain is being done.
Fake, can't trust
I booked this ticket, but I was unable to travel due to incorrect and misleading information.
At Calicut (Kozhikode) airport, I was denied boarding because the layover time exceeded 12 hours, which requires a Saudi transit visa. This requirement was not clearly communicated at the time of booking.
This is unacceptable, as it caused significant inconvenience and financial loss. Selling such tickets without properly informing passengers is misleading and unfair to travelers.
I strongly advise UAE travelers to avoid booking such tickets without verifying transit visa requirements.
Very disappointed with this experience. I will not be booking again.

Horrible customer service. They cancel your tickets keep on hold for more than 30 mins and do not resolve problems. Never book your flights on budget air. Even supervisors do not call back afetr 24 hrs.

The cancellation request was made…
The cancellation request was made within 24–48 hours of booking and the travel date is more than 7 days away. Despite this, the merchant (Budgetair) has denied refund and is showing ₹0 refund, while IndiGo has refused to process cancellation citing third-party booking. Both parties are shifting responsibility, resulting in denial of refund.
The transaction is disputed as “services not rendered / refund not processed,” and I request reversal of the full disputed amount.

The food options were not asked while booking, seat allocation was not transparent, haven't got the seats yet. Will have to wait for auto chekin which I paid extra for, to manage the seats

So it all merry go around and takes 72 hrs. for answers so you miss your flight or your booked funds.

Deception
When I was booking the air tickets, I was not told that is going to be a handling fee. When I went to pay the final amount it included extra fee. I would not have bought the ticket if I was told about the extra charge in the beginning. I consider this as a deceptive practice. I will never ever buy from Budget Air.
