Good website, clean interface and nice deals

There are no supporting system after purchasing a ticket I tried 2 days to contact you guys even on email there is no chat system if you set up chat nobody reply always show 30 people is in the queue and nobody respond ever and I canceled my flight ticket and you want me to tell you what's wrong with you guys.

I'm not suggesting anyone to buy ticket from this platform if you have any problem they will not respond to you for sure I tried two full days and try to call on Vietnam airlines they said we can't help you you have to contact e-commerce site and e-commerce site doesn't respond anything

Never book by budgetair
Because even after buying all their premium services with flight tickets
You won’t be able to make any changings and not able to get any customer support I tried contacting their customer support for continuesly 2-3 days but didn’t get any response
And because of that i had to loss my ticket and all money

Got the best ticket rate on a domestic flight on Budget Air.

I booked Europe tickets on budgetair ( Kuwait airways) unfortunately due to war situation Kuwait airways faced difficulties operating. Kuwait DGCA issued circular for full refund but budgetair did not issue full refund for my tickets. After calling (with a wait time of 20min) some one told you will get full refund but in vain. Then I chatted with agent he said he will come back in 96 hrs but in vain. I called again (after wait time of 30 min) agent said team will email me within 24 hrs but in vain. Bad customer care service.
Since Kuwait airways was not fully operational I tried booking again through budgetair for emirates flights and to my surprise price was quailed with and without food two different prices on budgetair. Emirates is full service carrier and by default provides meal onboard. This is miss selling by budgetair.

I give you rate only 1 ,becouse I booked flight ticket connecting and but they gave me only one flight ticket and deducted my money both flight , no responced , customer service very poor.

Customer service is very bad... After payment need to wait 12 hours for ticket.. normally when I book tickets from another site they issue it immediately

My flight got canceled by the Airlines on 7th April from Bangkok to Ahmedabad Vietjet Air. I am following since long for refund but not getting proper answer or refund. It's my mistake I booked flight from Budgetair. Very bad experience of life.

It is the duty of booking platform to atleast inform regarding transit visa..and even after informing regarding this issue no action were taken resulting for us to lose lot of money ..very bad experience

I requested for wheelchair assistance.

Reasonable but extra charges applied said with international payments with Rupay card ? Need a call back cause I am going to lodge a case against payment bank.

We booked ticket from Danang to phu quoc on 6th may. Flight gets rescheduled in the afternoon. Disturbed our whole plan

I am very disappointed at your Service. I fully paid for the Airline Ticket, but eticket it will not issue at the Same time. I spoke to your call center agent, but she didn't provide exact the Reason. I don't know what is the issue
