Had a conversation with Kalpana. How refreshing to talk to a proper person and someone who knew their subject, not just working from a robotic script.

This is a great company and stands by its word in all that’s stated when you take the policy out.

I contacted British Friendly with regard to updating my policy. I was given a curt response telling me to go back to my broker. My policy is seven years old. I was given no contact details for the original broker. Fortunately, I kept all my paper work and was able to contact the original broker, but I had expected a more helpful response from British Friendly.

When I call always helpful professional informed and go above & beyond thank you team when you are at your low nice to speak to team who are always helpful

Very happy with the service provided by British Friendly. I haven't needed cover ever before but so glad it was in place.
Do not rely on government support because the more you put into the system the less you get out!

It taken 8 weeks to get any kind of payment. Very slow at communication

Have been with this company over 10 years this is the first time iv made a claim on my sickness insurance it took around 5 weeks to get the income protection up and running through no fault of British British friendly think I didnt understand the email system but the company sent me a £50 gratitude payment and back dated what I was owed anyone considering taking out this insurance should do so as you never know when you will need it iam glad I did as I dont have to worry about paying my Bill's on ssp

I have been with the British benefit for 30 years. They are so helpful and kind and easy to deal with not like other companies. There’s never a problem and everything is straight forward. I’m so glad I chose this company
