I suddenly realised I hadn’t checked in online before I got to the airport so rand Adan as was having problems connecting there. Even though it was a Sunday he logged in and checked in for me while I was in the baggage drop queue, and took all the possible stress away from me. What amazing service. I’m so grateful. He was incredibly patient, never rushed me, and worked hard to find the perfect flight to suit my needs. His communication was prompt, clear, and consistent throughout, which made the whole process completely stress-free. Highly recomend Bridge Air for all travelers. I had a perfect assistance for finding connecting flights at last minute. The agent provided all information and guided through the process smoothly. Also, helped with online check in and travelling requirements. Bridge Air has 'Buy now, pay later' option available which I used.
Easy communication over the phone, quick updates through Whats Up. ATOL certificate provided with tickets.

Although our flight which was originally booked was cancelled anan tried desperately to get us alternative tickets and did, not quite the same but then offered a £50 refund for the inconveniences he was very attentive and offered his help for all our future enquiries about our trip

I've Just Recently had a fabulous 30 day tour of Thialand . Thanks To Bridge Air Who Booked With , Especially Adan who delt with all My flights 5 in total ,Transfers , Seating Arrangements Even Assistance at all Airports which was of Great help, as I Suffer With Arsthites, Adan Was at Hand Day and late evening Monday To Sunday , Even out of Hours .
