Once again Adan has come to my rescue and sorted out all my travel arrangements over the phone this has taken away all the stress about booking flights

I already know from my previous booking with Bridge Air back in February that I would be in good hands and receive a first class service when I knew Aban was handling my booking. I've been up in the skies so many times for almost 60 years and must have clocked getting on for half a million Air miles and I can truthfully say I've never had better service anywhere than the all round care and assistance given by Aban, was totally gobsmacked the last day when I had reached my destination in Thailand and Aban called to enquire if I had a pleasant journey and whether there had been any issues ! What a guy and so caring! Wherever my future travels take me it's Bridge everytime 🙏

Great experience, Sam Hanook was very patient and accommodating. I was abit spectacle in the beginning but Sam made the process of finding and booking flights and hotel easy. He was really patient with all my questions and stayed late making sure I was satisfied with my books and until I received confirmation. All in all great service on his behalf, wish him the best.

The agent Adan Yuhanna went above and beyond. He was due to finish work at 8:30pm and took our call. He stayed helping us till gone till 10:30pm. He managed to get us the best possible deal based on on our specifications. He remained patient and friendly throughout our interaction and cannot thank him enough.

We came this company accidentally and gave them a try and I must say they are amazing. They bent over backwards to help us to find the correct flights for us. I must particularly mention Brian who was extremely help helpful ,patient, polite throughout the whole process.
We were so impressed with the service that we booked a further flight in advance for later in the year . We found that they tried hard to offer competitive pricing ,clarity and great customer care . We will definitely use this company again . Thank you Brian .🙏
