Dylan was my operator, he was very helpful and patient, it took me a while to actually figure out what to do, I wanted the holiday but I was a bit nervous about booking, Dylan was very understanding, and didn’t push me in any way, I would definitely book with him again

Jessica was fantastic in sorting a holiday to Thailand. She was super quick and efficient with the quote and this was the most competitive price that we received. I would highly recommend the company and Jessica in particular

Requested a holiday quote from Dane. Extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my requirements and checked in with me to see what I thought of the quote. Although ultimately we didn't use this company I can highly recommend Dane for his care and attention to detail and would likely request quotes from him in the future.

Went away with them last month with their excellent organization & going again in January great team especially Natasha “Mike drop”

I was very lucky to have Dylan helping me with my itinerary. I contacted him on 22/10 and he came up with an amazing package to Southeast Asia. I changed it so times and Dylan never lost patience and nothing was a problem for him. It was only today the 29/10 that I am going with a different agent, purely because of the price.

I was looking for a very particular holiday in Thailand. I required a few flights and trips. Greg was amazing he kept going till he found exactly what we wanted. We will be booking soon.

Great advice and good itinerary prepared by Dylan. Offered good value and took account of what I wanted from my trip. Would recommend and will use again for future trips.

Dylan was very helpful in providing an itinerary and quotation for our holiday enquiry, without making us feel pressured or obligated. The information he provided was very extensive and provided in double quick time. I would definitely return for future holiday quotations.

I have recently made an enquiry about a trip to the Far East & your advisor Dane could not be any more helpful. I found the communication clear & concise and all interaction 100% professional & knowledgeable. Thank you so much!

Wonderful service from Greg. I was only after a quote for next year and Greg understood that I was not ready to book yet but was happy to find a holiday for us.
He did not pursue me and I told him I would contact him when I was ready.

Had the pleasure off dealing with Greg who has been great, any questions about our booking Greg wastes no time getting back to me, I received text messages from an unknown number about transfers so I got in touch with Greg who told me not to go into the links until he verified who it was from,he was on the ball straight away and got back to me very quickly to say it was all ok as it was the local company with all my transfers booked.I can highly recommend Greg from bayfinch holidays, thanks for all your help Greg
