Bayfinch Holidays Anmeldelser

My first time using this company and was helped by Jason who guided me through the booking process. I now have the perfect Thailand holiday to look forward to.

A great experience booking with Bayfinch Holidays.
I asked Damien so many questions and costings of various Holidays in Bali.
Great customer experience

Hi I would highly recommend this company for booking your trips with we have used this company now for the 3rd time going to Disneyland Paris and they have made the process so easy thanks to damien and the Bayfinch team who are on the other side of the phone at the drop of a hat to help I will continue to book my holidays with these thank you

We contacted Bayfinch holidays for our honeymoon and although we didn’t end up booking our holiday through Bayfinch Holidays, Greg was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable throughout. He went above and beyond to help us and made the whole process really easy. We really appreciated his time and support, and we would definitely recommend Greg and Bayfinch Holidays to our friends and family.

We have been talking to a girl called Jessica . We are undecided where to go on holiday . Her customer service and understanding has been so refreshing . I would have no problem booking a holiday through this company . I look forward to booking somewhere soon . Thank you Jessica .👍

Greg provided exceptional assistance by diligently sourcing an ideal island-hopping itinerary for Thailand at a highly competitive price.

I’ve been dealing with Richard planning a very special trip for myself and my son and I can’t recommend him highly enough! Quick to respond and worked out great itinerary for us

Until 3 days ago had never heard of Bayfinch Holidays until it popped up on the Internet, As we were looking for a multi centre holiday to Cambodia, and Thailand in March, we spoke to a Richard who was extremely helpful he sorted out all our requirements (flights, hotels, and airport transfers) we thank him for his patience

Excellent service from Dylan Perera. He was extremely patient, helpful, and went above and beyond to find us the best deal for Japan trip. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Dylan was very attentive and efficient at providing me with travel details and lots of options

Booked a holiday to Disneyland Paris for December 2027, had Dylan support me with this he was extremely helpful also patient as my first time booking with bayfinch. He answered all my questions and advised me on what to do when traveling with a disable child. I’m extremely grateful and can’t wait to surprise my children next Christmas. Would definitely recommend Bayfinch and also Dylan to book your magical experience

All very helpful and efficient, my rep Dylan was superb

Mark has been absolutely brilliant in helping us plan our trip. He provided us with various quotes and was efficient, helpful and incredibly responsive throughout.
What I particularly appreciated was how thorough he was — all the information I needed was provided from the outset, so I didn’t have to keep going back with additional questions or asking for further details.
We’re not quite ready to book yet, but when we are, I will definitely be going straight back to Mark to get everything sorted. Excellent service from start to finish so far, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Very impressed with how quickly Damien sorted out our trip and how promptly he answered all my questions, even late at night!
Very easy to book, all sorted through WhatsApp and email. Great itinerary and well within budget. Thank you!
