Excellent service from start to finish! Janet Davis the agent was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made booking our trip smooth and stress‑free. They listened to what I wanted, offered great options, and handled everything efficiently. I couldn’t ask for better support — highly recommend!"

I am pleased with the service
The agent was pleasant and made the transaction easy. However, she still has to send me a revised copy of the ticket which would show the flight schedules without some words split. I hope she will still do the other services she offered e.g., choosing an aisle seat, informing the airline of my food choices, checking me in for the flight and preparing my Philippine e-travel pass and airport assistance.
