I used the Valet parking and everything…
I used the Valet parking and everything ran smoothly. However, there is no signage for the valet park until you turn into the lane for "short term parking". The postcode provided takes you to the Hilton Hotel. I was on my own, traffic was heavy and I had no idea valet would be in the short stay. I ended up driving through the drop off zone and being charged £10 for the privilege. Another couple I spoke to in the car park had done exactly the same. I imagine many others have been caught out by this. I tried to complain on my return home, but ended up going round in circles and gave up in the end. Better signage is definitely needed, though I won't make the same mistake next time I use valet parking, which was great apart from this.

All of our ANPR cameras are expected to recognise your vehicle and your pre booked parking when entering our car parks. We’re sorry this hasn’t been what you’ve experienced and this lead to extra charges showing against your vehicle.

Parking service at the airport was good…
Parking service at the airport was good no problems at all. The only problem I got is the directions given to get to the parking was wrong the post code given didn’t take you straight there it took you to the barriers near the drop off so I had to drive past the drop off and pay a £10charge the instructions they gave to get to the car park also said I will see a shell petrol pump on my right which wasn’t there, there was only a bp petrol pump so it was very confusing but I got there at the end.
