Great booking
We were let down badly by a meet and greet company, and had to find parking quickly. Our booking was done online the carpark was 5 mins walk away and a a really good price. Will use them again.

Very easy to locate parking site
Very easy to locate parking site, no queues to hand keys in, bus was waiting for transfer to North terminal, on return easy to locate bus stop, bus arrived promptly, went straight to desk and was told where the car was located, short walk from reception. We had not left car at airport before but will definitely use again and highly recommend 👍

I am a fan. It’s easy to get to and from. They pick up and drip off often. I’ve never waited in line upon drop off and return. When my plane was delayed because of storms in England, they didn’t charge me. Very positive experiences.

I used the Valet parking and everything…
I used the Valet parking and everything ran smoothly. However, there is no signage for the valet park until you turn into the lane for "short term parking". The postcode provided takes you to the Hilton Hotel. I was on my own, traffic was heavy and I had no idea valet would be in the short stay. I ended up driving through the drop off zone and being charged £10 for the privilege. Another couple I spoke to in the car park had done exactly the same. I imagine many others have been caught out by this. I tried to complain on my return home, but ended up going round in circles and gave up in the end. Better signage is definitely needed, though I won't make the same mistake next time I use valet parking, which was great apart from this.
