Boma specialises in a massive and diverse range of houseplants and outdoor plants. It is also renowned for its fabulous range of handmade plant pots, planters, plant care products and gardening essentials. What sets Boma apart is the team of obsessive horticulturists running the place. But it's much more than the team and products. It's also about the community, which plays an integral part in the Boma's daily life. Since the launch of Boma's new webshop in 2021, demand for plants has taken off nationwide throughout the UK. Even more so since orders over £50 are shipping free of charge. Customers most enjoy the warm reception from the team and practical advice and tips that make gardening and plant care much more fun.

Very pleased
This was my first time buying from this seller & I was very pleased with the rose I received. A very large, healthy plant packed with flower buds. As a result I would recommend this seller very highly to anyone looking to buy quality plants.

Hoya Carnosa that I bought on December…
Hoya Carnosa that I bought on December 2023 is slowly died. It was obviously has an illness, some of it's leaves was yellowish and dried, and moldy. I didn't mind and clean the bad leaves but in 2 months whole plant infected and today I put it in bin. I can't believe I paid £32 pounds for a plant with illness.
It's not my first hoya, I have some in my house, I know how to take care of plants, I tried everything, I bought fungus fighter spray, root treatments etc. Nothing worked.
They sold me an ill plant in a bad condition.
If you had the same problem, and suspect that the plant looks ill, don't be stupid like me and think that you can heal the plant, just send it back.

Fast, efficient service
I've ordered blue glazed saucers from Boma twice. Both times, the items were delivered the following day, carefully wrapped and packaged. 13 saucers in total arrived in perfect condition. Excellent service.

Excellent service and excellent product
Human beings at the end of the phone! Peter was extremely helpful and responsive from start to finish. The hedging arrived on time as promised and looks of great quality so far - it's beech so we won't see its true glory for a few months yet - but the plants look sturdy and healthy. Peter also sent detailed planting instructions.

The Boma Garden Centre found and sent the most beautiful amaryllis to some friends in North London on my behalf. It’s bloomed with two feisty stems of four or five flowers, and the whole experience was pleasant and easy to do.

Very positive experience with BOMA…
A very positive experience with BOMA from both myself (halfway around the world from London) and the local recipient of two beautiful winter planters. Impressive customer service in every respect. Rapid response to queries, and helpful about a prompt delivery that was even faster than outlined on their website. Less than 24 hrs from the time I placed my order to the time my family member was enjoying the planters out on her balcony! Can’t beat that! Delivery was flawless and exactly when they said it would be. The planters are gorgeous and BOMA will now be our go-to for future gifts, plants and indulgences.

Rare plant arrived perfectly safe.
I was looking for Opuntia inermis Southern spineless cactus and added my email to be notified when it was back in stock. Several months later I was notified and made the order. This is a delicate plant with pads that can easily fall off and it is soft so easily damaged in transit. Boma Garden Center packaged this plant exceptionally well with plenty of protection allowing it to arrive safely. It was very clear they cared about the plant and the customer and this is why I have taken time to write this review. The plant was much bigger than what was shown in the picture as well. Highly recommended.

Outstanding customer service
I’ve been looking for a large 'statement' plant pot for my courtyard garden but as I live in Newcastle upon Tyne I am outside of Boma’s usual delivery area for such items. However, Boma went out of their way to find a solution and they managed to get the pot to me in a quick and efficient way. The staff were super friendly over email and on the phone, and the whole transaction was completed in a helpful and professional manner. Thank you Sean and Laura!
