Car was in for an MOT today - not a BMW but heard they do other cars. Service was excellent - no fuss, drama. Paperwork was all ready, courtesy car organised. Good communication - called when the car was done and was even cleaned. Great price. Just what you need for your car - trustworthy, reliable service. Thank you George - I would definitely recommend

This was a visit for an oil service for my X3 and all went smoothly, as have my previous dealings with them for my daughter’s Mini.

I was advised to take my car to a BMW garage as I was having problems with the electronics in the car.
They had my car for 8 days and they couldn’t solve the problem,they said I needed a new head for £1450.00 I said no and paid a bill of £550.00 and left. I rang Grosvenor Motor Co made an appointment and duly took the car in.In 3 hours they had repaired my car and everything was fixed.BMW blamed everyone else for the problems they couldn’t fix.Grosvenor were brilliant they were very friendly and helpful. Can’t fault their service in anyway.

I needed to have my car checked out and any problems rectified. Grosvenor checked it all, and were able to reassure me about the state of my car. This is the second time I've used them and I'll be back. The people were friendly and positive and it showed that they'd rather give good service than make a quick buck! I have no connection to the company other that as a very satisfied customer!

Managed to call up and get my car booked in for the next day. Sos call system battery replacement took only 3hrs and cost about £500 less than the local BMW dealership quoted.
Staff engagement was good and well worth the 90 mile drive to get there from Gloucester.

Would like to say a big thank you to the really helpful mechanics and reception team who helped me out today with my mini and the problem of the exhaust. Put it up on ramps for me to see underneath and took photos for me to show to the garage that fitted a new one less than a year ago it needed repairing. Many thanks guys you are always so helpful

Never use this company. Cost me a fortune to rectify the damage they caused to my car after taking my car to them for a simple service. Ended up spending thousands at BMW. Should have paid the extra £10 to get my oil changed at an official BMW garage.
Since using them I’ve had others tell me about insufficient work they’ve had done there.

Not a competitor nor do I hold a grudge but this cost me too much to rectify not to leave a compliant. When I gave you a chance to fix the issues I had with the work you guys decided to brush me off (and pay more) and from a quick read I'm not the only one who has had an issues that had to be rectified elsewhere.

We travelled for nearly 7 hours (round trip) to have cruise control fitted to my bmw x1 and what a fantastic experience, we dealt with Barry who was very professional and only 2 and a half hours later I received a call to say the work had been completed and my car was just being cleaned, on returning to pick up my car I dealt with Justin who was also very professional, I cannot speak highly enough of my experience and whilst it was nearly a 7 hour round trip it was well worth it, I highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use again from a very happy customer

Second time at Grosvenor after getting all-round discs and pads done in March this year. This time, it's interim service and MOT time - something routine.

As ever, quick, friendly service, job done nicely, car had a quick valet and looks excellent, and saved me £150 on BMW's quote, plus Grosvenor don't try to upsell you a fuel filter which isn't part of the interim service (tut tut, BMW).

Recommended. These guys do good work.

I recently had my BMW 4 series in at Grosvenor for a routine service & MOT. My husband had been recommended to Grosvenor by a few colleagues whom also had good experiences. I dropped my car in at 9am & received a complimentary courtesy car for the day. A couple hours later I received a video from the technician showing me my car, followed by a call from Barry to discuss the contents & to ensure I understood it. When I collected the car later that day, it was even washed & hoovered! I am so happy to have finally found an honest garage, who genuinely care about their customers. I will be returning next year.

Not a great experience and will not use Groverner again. When their receptionist says "Come back when you have the money" says it all! The services they provided were not good either. Some of the work has been redone elsewhere.

As this member of staff was present when I was dealing with another member of the team, I have nothing else to add.

After having the head unit in my mini restarting every 30 seconds, I discovered this company online - they posted a YouTube video that clearly explained the issue. Unfortunately, when I took my car in for an update, the problem couldn't be fixed and I was left feeling inconsolable and angry when my husband returned and discovered additional problems with the car. Since it was after office hours on Friday, I decided to email the company to express my frustrations. However, on Monday, I spoke with Barry who agreed to rectify the problems, apologised, and that was all I needed to hear - the problems would be sorted out and they were not going to try to wriggle out of culpability.

The car was taken in again and a used head unit was found and installed as previously agreed. When we picked up the car, we asked about the other issues that had suddenly materialised, and the response was that they hadn't connected something properly. While some may overlook this admission or indeed get upset, I personally appreciated the honesty and integrity of admitting it, especially in the business world where many may choose to conceal their errors. Now, I don't have to worry about anything else, and so far, everything is working fine again. I hope it stays that way for the sake of my meager bank balance.

Overall, I highly recommend this company for their integrity, as demonstrated by Barry's willingness to admit to the mistake and for fixing the problems at a fraction of the cost by providing alternatives options to resolving the issue.

I took my 335i to Grosvenor for an engine fault which was quickly diagnosed and fixed. A full video of the issue was sent to me ahead of doing the work and a thorough explanation of the issues and costs given by Georgie over the phone. A complimentary courtesy car for two days together with the car being fully valeted added to the positive experience. Will definitely use again.

Very knowledgeable and provided a great service. They fixed the issue with the head unit being reset every 30 seconds by updating all BMW Software. Every other BMW Specialist suggested I need to buy a new head unit and program it. In addition, they've cleaned my car inside and outside as a bonus.

Got my F32 retrofitted with the 6WB digital instrument cluster and Apple CarPlay enabled. All good - display is great and CarPlay working perfectly.

Took my car in for retrofit of Apple Carplay. All done in a couple of hours and the car came back all washed and hoovered.😊. Brilliant service and professional staff. Would definitely use again
