What an absolute pleasure it was purchasing my car from Kalvin.

I recently bought a car from AutoVero and the whole experience was first-class. Kalvin and Will are great - friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful - making the whole process straightforward and hassle-free. I can’t recommend Kalvin enough. From our very first conversation he has been nothing but passionate and professional. I called him after seeing an advert on Piston Heads and he got back to me within an hour (even though I found out afterwards he was on his engagement holiday) We agreed a deal subject to me looking at the car over the weekend. The car was exactly as described and delivery was arranged for the following week. The next series of events set him apart from any car dealer I have dealt with. My car developed an oil leak (a 40 year old classic Porsche) I called Kalvin and within 24 hours he collected it, diagnosed the problem, fitted two new oil pipes (only one of which was slightly perished) and delivered the car back. He went above and beyond, and it was an absolute pleasure doing business with him.

From my first enquiry on the phone, the team came across as knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed. They never pushed for a sale and this professional and courteous approach set the tone for the entire buying process.

The hand‑over was faultless with everything as described and I drove away feeling absolutely confident in my purchase.

This level of attention to detail and customer focus is rare these days and I would wholeheartedly recommend Kalvin and the team at AutoVero. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

Dishonest and unprofessional!!

Kelvin form AutoVero came to collect my car after I had supplied him with all detailed pictures and paperwork for the car.

I ask him a few times if he needed any more information before he comes to pick up the car. Declined.

Said " we don't make money on repairs. We sell nice cars to nice people " and repeated several times over the days to come.

When he arrived to pick up the car, on first inspection of the car he noticed some defect in paint work which he labeled as rust. Very confidently turned around and said will get it fixed in £200-300 definitely within £500 and took away the car under Sale or Return agreement.
I ask him if the cost would be any more than mentioned repeatedly reassured me and confirmed the cost won't exceed that £500 mark.

Didn't bother to inform me that he is going take a massive furry dog in my car for a 4hr journey back to his garage which was very unprofessional. Only found out because I had a dashcam.

Had come to my property without the dog and passenger to hide the fact form me.

In a couple of days calls me to say the paint job will cost £1500!!!

Then went ahead and without my permission and got a local garage to inspect my car and came up with an estimated repair of £8824.5!!! This is for a car in perfect working condition and which drove for 4hrs straight across the length of the country and with full main dealer service history for last 10years and only 38000miles on the clock.

When I expressed my displeasure at the unexpected cost and unauthorised inspection at a not suitably qualified garage, Kalvin simply tried to use the fact against me that the car was 4hr drive away form me and said he will return the car if need but will have to wait.

Then he went away on a holiday and left me with his equally unprofessional colleague Umar.

Umar promised me that he will return the car, confirmed dates and time and then cancelled at the last minute twice.

He also constantly persuaded me to sell the car to his preferred buyer which was so wrong.

The whole experience was very bad unprofessional, deceiving and untrustworthy. I woukd highly discourage people to trust Kalvin and Umar with your precious cars

I must have bought and sold over 50 cars and AutoVero in my experience AutoVero was frankly the best I have had in the last 25 years. Kalvin should truly be considered an expert and certainly knows his stuff. He was on hand throughout the purchase and even called in whilst on holiday to complete the process. The car was immaculate and rigorously prepared and the handover was the easiest I have had. The gift they provided during the handover was a lovely touch too. They are definitely on point, especially if you need assistance locating a specific, rare, or well-documented vehicle. I highly recommend them.

Kalvin's transparency, communication, and meticulous attention to detail was exceptional.

From initial contact right through to collection, Kalvin accommodated all my pernikerty questions and showed a genuine interest in getting everything just right. He dealt with a number of 3rd parties on my behalf to get the car in perfect condition, which including painting; detailing; leather connolising; battery replacement; and rectifying carplay issues.

During the preparation phase, I was provided 'real time' updates on the car's status via calls, messages, and photos. I was also given options and recommendations on the work, which meant I felt engaged at all times.

The showroom is a great place to spend time, plus the part-ex process was respectful and frictionless. I was also presented with the most organised file I've ever seen, containing all service invoices in chronological order, MOT certificates, HPI report, warranty information etc.

This business clearly understand the value of a car's provenance and I know Kalvin spent time chasing old paperwork from Aston dealers, so he could provide such a comprehensive overview of the car's history.

I genuinely believe I now own one of the best examples of a DB11, and I know Kalvin is on hand to help if there are any issues along the way.

I had a fantastic experience buying from Kalvin. He’s a genuinely great guy, easy to talk to, clearly knows his stuff, and was refreshingly honest about the car from the start. He took plenty of time to show me around the car and was always available to answer any questions. Firstly, great communication about the car I was interested in, described it well and was very knowledgable over the phone. This was essential as I was coming from a long distance to view the car.

On the day of getting the car, he was more than happy to pick me up from the local airport to save me a taxi ride.

On arrival at the showroom, I was treated to a coffee while I inspected the car, which was as good as described over the phone, if not better.

Because I was coming from a distance, there was enough fuel left in the tank to get me home - a nice little cherry on top to a lovely, memorable day.

Not only was the car immaculate (as promised) but his attention to detail was another level. The little finishing touches he gave, on collection day are a service I thought had died in the trade.
