Huge thanks to Justin, Barry and George at Grosvenor for fixing our Mini and looking after us so well last Monday, we travelled all the way from Somerset after seeing your you tube video detailing the same problem our car had. Well, it was well worth the journey, our head-unit now works fine again and at a fraction of the price it would have cost at a dealer. Great service, great expertise, we can’t recommend Grosvenor Motor Company highly enough, why go to a main dealer when you can have a better service for so much less….thanks guys keep up the good work!

Warning, do not use this company unless you want to be lied to and ripped off. We took our car here for service and were told the car need work totally hundreds despite still being under warranty. They even send a video to prove one of the issues. As it was under warranty we took it to the main dealer who, after looking said there were no issues & no work was needed. The fault described in the video as a leak was normal condensation & didn’t need replacement part. We mentioned this incident to another mechanic who said Mmm none of that surprises me. I’ve never written a bad review in my life but lying about problems to make money is not ok or acceptable practice.

Edit: Stating in your response you’ve not had anyone come to you with these issues makes the situation worse, your calling your customer a liar before you’ve even investigated or spoken to me! I have no need to call you again because the situation is closed for me, we now know the car doesn’t need the repairs you stated & we won’t be back. However, I will just to verify this is a ‘genuine’ review and I’m not a liar!

I’ve used Grosvenor for my BMW for service and repair for a number of years, when my wife got a Mini it was a no decision needed to also use them. Fantastic staff, great service, excellent work, communication is superb and always honest, open with advise and good value for high quality work. Thank you.

Really excellent service and very efficient. This is the best customer experience I've had anywhere for some time.I have taken my BMW to Sytner in Maidenhead in the past but am definitely not going back! Thank you Grosvenor for a very different and positive experience.

A Class Service from Start to Finish.

I wanted to originally start this off about BMW Dealerships, I took the car into them and they held it for a week and came back and told me that my FRM was fried and needed to be REPLACED, and my PDC was sunk. They quoted me £660 just to replace the FRM, fortunately enough whilst the dealership had my car for so long, i had to the time to search around to see if this was a repairable issue.

This is where Grosvenor comes in, I first came across them due to this issue. I called them, after 10 minutes explaining my issues the was car booked on the next available day. It was looked at, diagnosed and fixed all within 4 Hours. Something which took BMW a week to diagnose and 2 week replacement time. I had the repair done by Grosvenor and it's been good as gold since.

As a result of Grosvenor's service, I've taken the car back for a full service, and also a timing chain and clutch replacement, all of which were very fairly priced and also saved costs via labour where possible. This was all done within a days worth of labour, and the car was given back to me with a 2 day turn around.

They have been open and honest about everything in regards to the car with no hidden costs, and you can genuinely tell the moment you step foot on their property that they know their stuff and after briefly speaking to their staff you'll know they'll look after you as well.

Hands down the best. They take the time to explain what's wrong, what might go wrong and when you should start to think about getting it fixed. They actually talked me out of something expensive I thought I needed done, with a detailed reason why it wasn't necessary. Other garages I've been to would have rubbed their hands and rinsed me for the money. Absolutely 1st class service

Have used Grosvenor for many years, they look after my BMW 525i with care.
They are trustworthy and honest and I recommend ALL BMW owners to use them.

A couple of years ago, the Condenser/ Air Con, had gone and they quoted me a price
which I accepted. Once fixed and I went to pay, it was much cheaper than the quoted price?
Now, I accepted the quote and they did not have to tell me it was cheaper ... THEY DID.
That's what I call service.

Easy to deal with. Always ensure you are aware of what is being done and why. I recently had an obscure 12volt charging problem which by careful examination was traced back to the heated washer jets. Not an obvious problem but they investigated with care and promptly resolved the issue at a reasonable price. Great company to deal with.

I have always received an excellent service from the team at Grosvenor.

Any issues with my cars have been delivered in a very honest and frank manner.

I have always been provided with a courtesy car and mine is always returned having been serviced/fixed and valeted!

I came across this garage some time ago with the “old dreaded swirl flaps issue.” Since then, I have never looked back. Excellent service, competitive prices and they always go the extra mile. The waiting room upstairs is absolutely spotless with a huge sofa, large TV, hot drinks etc. Overall, very happy I found this little gem.

Grosvenor great service, know what they are talking about. Been taking my BMW's to them for over 10 years never had a problem.

Bar an X6 Ive had 7's since the 90's and always gone to a BMW main dealer, wish I'd tried these guys sooner. Ive had new brakes & front suspension arms for half the price of a BMW dealer, now just had a service, free courtesy car, car cleaned inside & out, again for half the price BMW dealers charge

They're just like a BMW dealer, same quality service, same quality work, helpful staff...half the price !
