Penso che sia un dei migliori GPS che ho provato fino ad ora. Preciso nella posizione ed in tutte le sue funzionalità. Anche il servizio che c'è dietro è ottimo. Il personale è gentilissimo e preparato e sempre pronto a rispondere alle tue domande ed ad aiutarti. Consiglio questo GPS perché secondo me è ottimo come ho già detto prima.

So far so good. Bought tracker for van, easy set up, accurate and support quick to respond. I pay the higher rate subscription for 10 sec updates. Far better than a Reqwire tracker I had and returned.

Having real-time visibility of where our equipment is at all times has made operations far more efficient and removed a lot of the guesswork. It’s also been invaluable when dealing with both customers and couriers. We’ve already had situations where customers have claimed they were home all day for a collection, but the tracker data has clearly shown otherwise. Likewise, it’s helped us keep tabs on couriers and understand exactly what’s happening during deliveries and collections.

It’s given us a level of control and insight we simply didn’t have before, and it’s made day-to-day operations much smoother.

Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the system and will definitely be expanding our tracker setup going forward.

Had an issue with adding a new payment card, which was resolved after help from Leantine and Jessica from the support team. Prompt replies and excellent customer service.Would recommend SafeTag services and products to friends and family!

This company are always there to help and I find them very professional in their approach to the customer I accidentally shut my account down and before I knew it I was onto the team and they had me up and running before I knew it absolute first class service I've tried other trackers yeah I find safe tag the best there is and very accurate and up-to-date

Complimenti al team SafeTag, hanno sviluppato un sistema molto semplice e funzionante dal costo accessibile. Danno un supporto tecnico e non in modo costante. IO possiedo due apparecchiature e funzionano benissimo.

Mais après avoir essayé le traceur plusieurs fois Sans problèmes.
J'ai voulu l'éteindre pour voir si la localisation s'arrêter et résultat l'application me signale comme Quoi le traceur est en ligne au même endroit alors qu'il est sur la position off.
J'ai repris un abonnement mais je pense que ça sera la dernière mensualité car la fiabilité de localisation n'est pas fiable.

I wish they had a US location that you could speak with a live agent instead of over seas only by email. Having to wait for email the next day is cumbersom when you are trying to work out technical issues.

Customer services answered very quickly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable and sorted out issues quickly Best tracker I have tried and definitely worth the subscription fee for peace of mind for my camper van.
