B&m in Ashford. Chelsea was buying something at the till on her lunch break and over heard my friend saying she wanted a hand held fan for the next day. A member of staff had already said they didn’t have them but Chelsea said yes we do and she ran from the queue and grabbed one for my fiend. She didn’t have to do that but thank you for your help! Lost one star because the other staff we asked said no without even trying to look

I had a receipt that I’d misplaced and needed to find urgently. I emailed customer services where the lovely Isabelle was very helpful with my issue.
She directed me the way to finding my payment method and then found my receipt for me.

Personnels désagréables.Ma femme est arrivé dans le rayon automne qui était ouvert et là elle c'est fait sortir du rayon mal proprement sous prétexte qu'ils étaient en installation, un des employés a crié sur son collègue en lui ordonnant de faire le gendarme, c'est inadmissible ! Elle a eu peur de son comportement agressif, elle est donc sortie immédiatement du magasin en panique. Nous ne remettrons JAMAIS les pieds dans se magasin c'est une honte !

Couldn't find my receipt for some vinyl flooring I had purchased. I emailed B and M and asked for their advice. Quite promptly a lady had emailed me back and asked for one details, I had sent then and with a couple of hours she had to in my receipt and sent it to me via email. Thanks Isabelle 😊

I wanted to return an item but didn't have my receipt. was told to contact customer services. Easy and quick responses to find a copy of my receipt. only took 24hrs. brilliant customer service.

Isabelle was lovely and helped me find my receipt for my faulty return. Couldn’t fault the customer service all went through in 5 minutes.

Purchased a microwave that was faulty & unfortunately lost the receipt. However contacted the customer service team which I was assisted by Clare. A few bits of information regarding the purchase and Clare had retrieved my receipt and replacement can now be organised.

Derby store spondon. So I gave 2 stores because this store is huge and you can find most things you need and some things you don't. However that's where the good points end.
I don't know where the days of speaking to customers and greeting with a smile and hi have gone. I know customers are the worst but its a service industry. I walked passed atleast 10 member of staff, 2 of which were managers and no acknowledgement. (Blond long haired lady manager and male with beard ) i moved out of the way so staff could get their trolleys etc passed and no thank you or smile. Only one small blonde haired girl/lady smiled as she came out of the staff area. I was hoping the tills would be better as surely they have to talk to customers but this same lady that has been there for years was speaking to another staff member rather than the person in front.
Sadly a sign of the times

I saw a number of fence paints on line. I drove 35 miles into Peterhead to buy the paint. When I got there there were none of the paints advertised left and I was told that this is now considered Autumn/Winter and that they will not be taking on more stock. USELESS! WASTE OF TIME AND FUEL. I won't be going back.

A shocking experience. Sold us 30 cans of Diet Coke on Sat 22 August that had a sell by date of 30 June. My daughter said they tasted watery so we checked the sell by - date .. almost 2 months out of date. No receipt given at the till but I had proof of my visit on my bank which the Manager would not accept. £9.99 spent on out of date product I cannot get a refund on.

Update - HO stepped in and confirmed that the store were incorrect and should have refunded me. HO provided a copy of the receipt and I got a refund on my 2nd trip to the store today. I have emailed this email. This email doesn’t work unless customer services emails you first. My first email bounced back to this email address. The manager and till assistant still both adamant they were right as ‘this is what they’ve been told’ no apologies for the fact it was wrong regardless of whether they knew or not. Shocking service today.

I was in the roundhay road store on saturday 22 august and was served by the lovely Thomas, I visit this store often usually with my cousin and we always comment about how helpful Thomas is and goes above and beyond to help customers always with a lovely smile. I was in the store on the 22nd of august with my 6 year old grandson when we were waiting to pay at the checkout my grandson announced he was desperate for the bathroom, I asked Thomas if there was a bathroom in store but he told us no, he radioed he manager to see if it was possible for my grandson to use the staff bathroom as he was so desperate and and getting distressed,Thomas had only got half way checking my shopping out but after his manager agreed to let us use the bathroom Thomas closed his till and escorted us to the bathroom. He is such a credit to B AND M and makes it a pleasure to visit the store. Thank you Thomas.

Went to B&M today and got a Goodmans gaming soundbar it says on the box all the consoles like ps5,PS4 ,Xbox x/s, Nintendo ect got home and tried to connect it and it didn't work says its a gaming speaker but can't actually use it on a console so I'll be returning it tomorrow

I called Customer services and spoke to Jane who then promptly emailed me my receipt which I’d lost . She was very helpful , as were the staff at Barry Store when I returned an item with the emailed receipt- really impressed with customer service

I got a table and no chairs so i contacted customer services espcailly a young lady called Isabel who went above and beyond to locate and arrange for the chairs to be delivered to my local store as its out of season for gardening sets this young lady went out of her way to arrange this as i really wanted the chairs and not a refund thankyou Isabel your are a credit to bm customer services and i do hope the company bm reckonises that with good staff/customer services its that that makes customers return and thier company a success

Store near me is fully of christmas stuff. Unreal.

Apuling customer service bought elbow grease washing up liquid and scobby dog chews washing up liquid leaked allover my shopping bag everything coated sanitary products etc a new scarf i went back to shop no apologies no ask for reciat only to be told I could of done it myself and allso it would not bother her if it was her bag as it smells great it had saturated everything food new scarf sanitary products very uncaring service she discarded leaking bag with a unwanted look never offered anything to wipe mess out my bag or off my hands I at to. Buy wipes else where very unsatisfied

Retour en magasin ou l’on refuse de me rembourser et me donne un avoir.

L’avoir a été dépensé en produits de consommation courante, c’était ma dernière visite chez B&M.

I bought add blue for my car and I have never had a problem.
Since putting your add blue in I have several errors and car is broke

B&m Luton went above and beyond during our recent trip there. Highly recommend.
