I purchased a Pennisetum Deco grass on the 22/08/26 costing £8.50p. after 1 week it is dead I have complained to B&M who advise you cannot return a plant once it has left the store they say it has a notice at checkout that plants are non refundable. I have pointed out that according to Gov UK if a plant is faulty or not of satisfactory quality even if they display a sign saying they do not accept returns it is illegal to say this but B & M still choose to ignore my statement. So be warned when purchasing plants from B&M you have no rights at all
Following statement below yes I have contacted customers service 3 times but there statement is to keep repeating they do not accept returns on plants so it's pointless speaking to them

I went to Leek b&m spent over £157 when checking my receipt when I got home as couldn’t believe I had managed to spend that much 🤦‍♀️ I noticed I had been charged twice for a bottle of conditioner, £10.50 instead of £5.25 .
When contacted customer services via email was told to go back to the store and get them to check there cctv and stock levels 💁‍♀️
It would cost me more in fuel driving an hour back to the shop and home again for the sake of £5.25 . So I won’t be shopping at b&m again 🙄

A recent purchase at a local store had a small component missing from a toy purchase for my Grandson. After approaching the head office (Isabelle) for direction on how to proceed, two stores approached to source a replacement component.

Excellent customer service from a young man serving on the tills at the Northallerton store around 3pm - Tues 01/09/2026. Such as pleasant experience and despite his young age, alot of staff could learn from him. I have emailed customer service so I hope this feedback reaches the young man. 😀

Excellent customer service when challenging a parking ticket.

I contacted B&M via email and a very nice helpful young lady by the name of Jane took the time to help me and send me a copy of the receipt I had lost. Truly a five star service, thank you B&M and in particular Jane and the gentlemen at East Kilbride Store who had helped me look through the curtains to choose the right pair without making me feel a nuisance.

i had bought goldman’s headphones from the store in burnley. upon one of the earphone breaking i contacted customer services to see what they could do. i was told that a refund or replacement needed to be done in store. i went to the store without my receipt, the manager in store asked me to prove the purchase via my online banking which made things so much more easier and offered me an exchange she then asked for another colleague to open up a till to do this for me.
i am grateful for the good service i received especially from the store manager.

Worst Company Customer Service Terrible and staff in store.
My daughters faulty water bottle is leaking out water. and they wont help me at all.
All because the item was paid for with cash and receipt misplaced.
They have a duty to sort this item out.
I am now stuck with this item but I will never ever shop at B & M ever again and will tell all my family and friends not to shop with you guys.

I was serviced through the phone by Isabelle. She was an amazing person and her customer service skills are top notch.

I had to ring customer service as I didn't have a receipt to take an item back but the lady was so helpful and polite, talked me through everything and was resolved in less then 5 minutes, my receipt was emailed straight away then I could finish of changing my item in store.
