I have recently moved and computer entered the old address on a buy now command, I tried to contact you but only got answer machine. No call back from you or answer to emails sent. Absolutely no customer service.

lack of branding on blinds and components makes it difficult to be confident that you are getting the right part. Perhaps you can solve this with a guide?

Did not arrive within 3 working days (four) even though I paid the premium

I really wanted to talk to the company about the product and about posting to the UK islands, but couldn’t get through despite many attempts! I decided to order the product anyway and have it posted to mainland uk! The tracking didn’t work, after reading some reviews, I started to think it was a scam, but the parts did arrive !

Bought and paid for an order yet was left hanging (no pun intended). Refunded money 6 weeks after purchase with some chasing, a relief but communication from Blind Spare Parts / My Decor Store has been non-existent.

Delivery was quick but on receipt, the roller cord and mechanism were not compatible. We had to go out and buy the correct part. However, customer services were very responsive and if we had more time, I am sure they would have despatched a new part. They refunded our additional costs to sort out the problem. So in summary, good dispatch and customer service, poor quality control.

I bought some replacement parts for roller blinds. They didn't match, customer service was very helpful in resolving this.

Not much in the way of communications to let you know if it had been dispatched, or any instructions on using the parts, but otherwise it all arrived promptly and well packaged, and the parts are working well so no complaints really.

Good price, fast delivery, easy to fit and looks good.

I was disappointed with customer service as I had a query on my order - I tried to call to discuss but answer machine was full. I also sent 2 emails with no response…not sure I would use this company again.

I should have received my goods at the end of last week but no sign of them. My local post sorting office (very efficient) said that it didn't have enough tracking information from the company. I have rung the company's number (a Bridgnorth code but a London address - weird) and it's full and can't take messages. I have emailed but as yet no response. This is very poor service. Avoid this company. They don't want to know.

I am trying to get in touch with this company having placed an order last night - no response to emails and contact no. on website does not exist. Have I been scammed?

Arrived early and, as far as I can determine, the parts are identical to the originals. So glad I didn't have to buy the whole assembly from the original supplier.

Ordering was simple. Delivery was quick (despite postage costing more than the product - thanks, Royal Mail). Parts were exactly what I needed.

Unfortunately the clips were not the ones I thought I had ordered but that was my fault not Blind parts I can not fault this company.

Purchased parts over a week ago. Tracking says they have more shipped and seller will not communicate with me.

Update: parts arrived and were as expected. Communication with
customer service was poor.

It does what it says on tin and it arrived in rapid time, much to my surprise.
