I was a little sceptical when I learnt the goods were coming from China, as ive had bad experiences in the passed with items not being as described. But I was relieved to discover the quality of these items are excellent and the finish is top shelf 👌
Would have no problem ordering from this company again 👍

I've bought a few duvet sets from this company mainly as they have great designs, and the quality is always consistent.

But the reason for writing this review is down to the excellent customer service, they were swift in answering questions before placing my order, offering a solution and then dealing with a problem in my delivery.

Thoroughly recommend this business and always my first stop when ordering quality bedding at reasonable prices.

Following up on my previous experience, I was assured that the correct item was on its way and that shipping info would be sent. Finally item received but wouldn't shop with them again.

The service is outstanding, and the quality is the best, I highly recomend Roomie-design.com it makes sleeping a pleasure with such excellent bed linen.

I'M VERY HAPPY OVERALL WITH THE DUVET 6PC SET. The only disappointment was the pattern on the Duvet cover was not centered since there was a definite center, Thank you, Ruby Brumback. Note: The fabric & cutework edging was very lovely.

Their bedding is beautiful and high quality and their customer service is excellent. I ordered Sakura bedding, and when it arrived, it was a different color than I had imagined. I emailed them, and they said: "Return it, no problem." But what impressed me was that I was answered by a real person quickly. That is so rare in today's world. I knew they were there to help and that I could reach them. I was so sad that the bedding was not pink :). I would have loved to keep it.

Well I haven’t received my order yet but looking for to receiving them soon according to track.

High quality bed sheets fitted beautifully to my bed and I have slept really well and they washed up a treat

I ordered their Dea Luxury Duvet cover set because the pictures looked absolutely stunning on their website. Well, sadly the actual reality is that they obviously use professional filters, photoshop and colour enhancers to completely modify their images because the actual reality of what we received is VASTLY different to the images. There is a prominent purple addition to much of the main pattern which is completely absent from their images and which we do not want. The whole set looks A LOT shinier and silvery on the website whereas in reality, it is more of a shiny browny/greyish hue. And the actual pattern in their images stands our MUCH stronger and bolder and has a golden colour, whereas in reality, the pattern is a lot fainter, subtle and beige. Obviosuly, this is sorely disappointing and we feel cheated. This level of misleading marketing is out and out fraud in my books and I will see about getting a charge back on my credit card.

I knew going in that these sets come from China and so was a little apprehensive as Chinese products are not exactly known for their quality. However, the problem is that here in the UK it is almost impossible to get highly decorative, high thread count bedding like the pictures seemed to show you’d be getting. 99% bedding here in the UK is mono-colour, dull, lacking pattern or visual interest and often only 200-400 thread count. And with their generous Valentine’s offer, we decided to take the plunge. Sadly, it did backfire in the end.

The only positives I will offer are that delivery was very fast. It comes from a China warehouse and I received it here in the UK in less than a week. The actual quality seems pretty decent. It’s shiny and silky but as to whether it really is 1000 thread count with a ‘long staple’ cotton as their blurb says is highly dubious if you ask me. 1000 thread count bedding tends to be very weighty whereas by contrast this set is very light.

I would recommend exercising great caution with this company, if not avoid altogether! It’s extremely likely you will get something vastly different to what’s advertised.

I got a bit worried after reading some UK reviews after already placing an order, but I faced no issues. The warehouse is in China, so sometimes it takes a while to get here, but at the price, I can hardly complain.

The communication from this company is something that amazed me. The bedding itself is next level beautiful. I have gotten so many compliments on it.

Loved the product and kept me in touch with delivery times, great going.
