Ordered 250 5packs of 50 and only received 1 pack. Tried to call them but answer phone message box always full. Tried email from their web site as well as replying to the confirmation order…… no reply. I think this company is a scam, as the phone number is used by multiple companies, who are probably also scams.

Quick delivery and saved us binning an expensive blind

This company has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. One star is far too generous for them. Despite their advertised 3-5 working day delivery, I've received no response to my multiple emails inquiring about my order's status. Attempts to call them have been futile, either leading to a BT call minder with no option to leave a message or, on the rare occasion I could leave one, no call-back despite a week passing. Despite three subsequent emails requesting order cancellation, totalling almost two weeks since placing the order, I've received no acknowledgment. I'm now £250 out of pocket with no recourse but to request a chargeback from my bank. Numerous negative reviews echo my experience, revealing a pattern of poor service. It's appalling how such a business operates.

I am not sure this company exists. I have ordered, and nothing has arrived, and they do not repsond to any emails.

Great to find individual items instead of having to buy the whole unit

Good range of parts online but an incorrect item arrived as part of my order. No response to my emails from the company regarding getting the order rectified, which is disappointing. No answer when I called either.

Didn’t receive the item, Royal Mail confirms it has not been delivered, phone messages and emails not replied to. 100% useless service!

Will be reporting this company to Action Fraud!

I found the part I was looking for quickly, ordered it and it was delivered well within expectations.

Parts all arrived but absolutely ZERO follow up customer service. Have tried email, phone calls ..even snail mail and got no response, no refunds, no help, just total silence. If you know exactly what you want and know that you won't want to return or speak to a human..go ahead and order...but otherwise PLEASE go elsewhere.

Great customer service received from Ibby.
There were issues with the delivery, as the parcel never made it to our flat, so I reached out to customer service and Ibby promptly responded and organised a replacement package to be sent out free of charge.
I've now received my cord and toggles, I'm happy with the quality of the materials, and I'll certainly order from Blinds Parts Direct again in the future.

Super service but unfortunately we cant seem to print an invoice. that's why one star less.
