Great service. Exactly what I ordered delivered on time.

YET TO RECEIVED ITEM AFTER 3 WEEKS
I placed an order on the 9th August for 3-5 day delivery. Still no sign of my order!
I have emailed 3 times with no reply. I have called the office number only to get a automated message to say there mail box is full. I have called the mobile number i found on their eBay account and it seems they have blocked our company number, so i tried calling from my personal mobile and never get an answer.

Item never arrived.
Despite company address given in London-their telephone is call minder in Bridgnorth which they NEVER respond to.
NEVER responded to emails
Requested refund-NOTHING

Was the only place I could source the items . Delivery was good although was not impressed with the the price and delivery charge . Still I will give 5 stars

We needed new clips to support the tracks for our blinds. The original clips were plastic and soon became brittle. However, Blind Parts Direct sold metal versions which did the job. They were easy to source from the site and arrived as expected. The cost was very competitive. However, postage did push this up for such a small item.

Ordered my goods. It arrived in time , but one item was missing. VERY Difficult to contact this firm. Despite leaving many phone messages and sending emails did not receive any response . Eventually Omar responded and sorted out my issues. He sent me the missing parts. So in the end it all worked out OK. Would use them again and recommend them. Good items at good price and good delivery.
However please note that they are difficult to get hold of after sales.

I must be the odd one out. I ordered two roller blind tubes. The tubes that arrived were both the wrong diameter and of the wrong profile. I emailed their sales address as given in the online receipt and they totally ignored me. So I can’t recommend them at all.

Just the right part to refurbish my vertical strip blinds. Old chain was dirty and rusty in parts.
Easy to fit ..

Item not received, ordered 9 July.
No reply to 2 emails, plus 2 phone messages.

I returned an items a few weeks ago and I have had no acknowledgement from the company. I am unable to get hold of them by email or phone, and therefore no refund has been given.

Blinds direct sent the wrong item. I sent them an email to arrange for return and left a message on their answering service but got no reply to either. I have called many times since but get an automated message saying that the message box is full. This is outrageous. I placed the order by clicking on the photo of the part I need. In addition, I was surprised that they gave no part number nor the dimensions so assumed that it was a standard size for roller blinds. So Blinds direct owes me £7.5 and I paid £5 for postage. All for nothing. I recommend you do not use this company.

string was difficult to attach to the vertical blind bottom pins, otherwise very good

Over a week and they haven’t been delivered - no contact from the company and the Royal Mail tracking number says it’s not yet tried to be delivered
