Dishonest retailer.
I recommend avoiding this retailer. I placed an order for spare parts months ago, and I still haven't received them. I made several attempts to contact them, but my messages were ignored. I have received no parts, no communication, and no refund. It seems to be a scam.

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong blind…
Unfortunately I ordered the wrong blind weights. The holes are in the wrong place, that my fault for not checking first. Lesson learnt!

No reply to my query, faulty product.
The tracks arrived in good time.
Upon contacting the company to request help as one of the mechanisms wasn't working as it should, I have had no reply at all. I have since ordered a couple of spare chains, which I have added to a spare mechanism I had in stock, the blind is now operating as it should.
I tried to call the company who drop shipped the track and the phone just rang, nobody answered it, which is why I've used my spare mechanism. Most dissapointed. I needed a very long track, 238cm, which aren't available at the company I normally use.

BOGUS COMPANY!
I received the wrong clips. No working telephone number...even though there is one on the website. Emailed them - got told "sorry, but you'll need to wait until next week as no stock". It's now been two weeks of me emailing and being ignored. BOGUS COMPANY! DO NOT RECOMMEND! They took my money and I have nothing to show for it.
