Satisfied customer
I had a Roman blind with a faulty head rail, it wouldn’t lower once raised. It now works again thanks to Blind Parts Direct. Delivered within a couple of days, easy to transfer the fabric blind to and easy to fit to the wall. For the fraction of the cost of a brand new blind.

Blind was sent the wrong size.
Blind was sent the wrong size.
I wanted it 233cm so choose a blind up to 2400. Their Webpage said choose a blind up to a size bigger than required and then add a note to confirm exact size required at checkout. This option never materialised…..
Due to that once I received their confirmation email with my order number I emailed them with the size required.
Did not get a reply that day, nor the next so tried to call them. Phone number constantly engaged. Tried all day before emailing them again. Never had a reply.
Blind arrived shortly after that and it was too long. It was the full 2400 cm.
Quality of the blind is good, but it’s too long to fit in window reveal.
Tried to call them again, but telephone number is always engaged. I have emailed, but again not had a reply.
The blind received is back in it’s original packaging ready to go back when the get in touch.
I have now opened up a despite against them with my credit card supplier -NatWest.

Most unimpressed
Most unimpressed, Looking for vertical blind spares I was looking for dimensions of end caps to suit a classic rail and drew a blank. Despite numerous attempts to contact this company I have been rejected within seconds. there are no relevant dimensions to help choose the right parts and in desperation I ordered what I thought was right, along with an email (not acknowledged) giving my required dimensions requesting the right part. it took a week to receive the parts complete with incorrect end caps. again I'm unable to contact them by phone

The parts looked used and no instructions
The parts were dirty and looked used. I had to clean them up before using as the blind had to go up and it’s a very bulky parcel to return. No instructions either so that was a nuisance as I’d never made a blind before.

Non existent customer service
Ordered a couple of parts to repair a Jones blind unit. Parts arrived minus some assembly screws. Tried to email them. No reply. Phone constantly engaged so very poor comms just like other users have experienced.
Plenty of other sites offering same spares so will not use ti's company again.
