If I could award zero stars I would!
Rubbish did not receive item over 2 weeks I have been waiting, they do not respond to emails and there phone does not receive incoming calls, so no faith that they will refund my money

Easy site to use, stocking main brands plus good delivery.

The wrong size ladder string was sent.
I have emailed the company and not received a reply and the phone number on their website does not work!

Appalling. My order has not been sent. Phone number does not accept calls! No response to my emails. I am claiming money back through my credit card provider. Scam.

Complete lack of communication after placing the order via email and answer phone. Very poor.

Order arrived on time, some items were scratched and missing. The company doesn't have a telephone number to contact so had to order extra parts on a next day service to complete the job on time

I like the amount of parts you can purchase for your blinds however after 5 days I tried contacting to chase where my parts were especially as the tracking number didn't work. Even after trying 2 emails and calling and not having a response I received my parts. If things are delayed then a level of communication would help.

I placed an order for a bespoke Roman blind kit. The process is quite ridiculous in that you identify the nearest measurement to what is required and then you follow up with an email to the company to specify the actual width you require, the side you wish the chain to hang and the length of the chain. I followed all these instructions and I received the blind kit in its original measurement. Added to this there is an additional charge and this was still taken. I had sent an email to the company prior to placing the order to ask about bespoke measurements and they didn’t reply. I have tried to telephone them but their answer phone is full and they have not responded to my email asking why they haven’t followed the requested measurements. Can only say this is customer service at its worst.

it's been a week order has not arrived. tracking provided through royal mail doesn't work.

I ordered truck connector strips for a vertical blind, they were delivered in 2 days, they fitted my blind, now it's as good as new, everything is funky.

AVOID THIS COMPANY.. ALSO TRADES AS MYDECORSTORE..
Paid for items on Dec 18.
Still not received goods.
2 emails sent with no reply.
Phone calls made and messages left, no response.
Have to do charge back through bank to recover monies paid.
... ABSOLUTE FRAUDSTERS....

I ordered the items and paid for them on 2nd December it is now 31st. They were not delivered. I have emailed and phoned several times. At first to ask when I should receive the items and later to ask for a refund. All attempts to contact blinds parts direct have been ignored.

Ordered from this company paid for cord weights and received nothing I tried to email the company but they didn’t reply so now I’m getting the impression I’ve been scammed

What I ordered arrived on time.
It was small items in a single package where the postage was almost as great as the cost of the items but marginally cheaper than driving to my nearest stockist.

Did a Google lens to find the part, ordered, purchased and delivered very quickly. Perfect.

All as expected
