I signed up with MGM and so wish I didn't!! When I signed up it showed that my account was fully verified and no need to send documents, I played on it fir a few days, didn't have no issues with deposits, I won some money so tried to withdraw it went to pending fair enough but later that day when playing my account closed and said account suspended due to safer gambling. I contacted live chat, was asked to upload a recent bill, driving license and front and back of card, done that but since then its still suspended and now on 5th day, ive contacted live chat every day to be told nothing they can do. I feel like ive been scammed for sending my documents and them not paying me my money. Ive reported them to gambling commission and suggest if you have any issues with them to do the same. Awful company, do not use them as you will regret it

Terrible customer service. They suspended my account for no good reason. I have emailed and tried to contact them several times. They say they’ll get back to me, but they don’t. They also owe me a balance of money that I won. I hope that they get investigated. The government will find out that they have many accounts that they have not paid up.

It happened to me really
I bet 50$ and the win money if i won paying 110$
But at FanDuel they ar paying 122$
And that’s not the first time happened

Na een uur wordt er een pauze ingelast van 30 seconden. Als je dus hebt ingezet op blackjack moet je 30 seconden wachten en kun je helemaal niks. I have been dealing with Betmgm customer service and payments team for the past 5 days. I made a withdrawal that I did not receive on Aug.15 which according to them failed and that they are investigating the issue within 12-24 hours. Well, guess what?after numerous promises and escalations, I still don't have my $300. They blocked my account accusing me that I have problem gambling when all I was trying to do was get my money back. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this site. They sent me an offer to match a deposit for 50% if I deposit now. So I went in deposited the $100 waited 30 minutes went to place a bet I only have $100 to bet with. I'm not playing I'm not reading fine print I'm not doing anything. If their offer requires fine print I don't want anything to do with this company. They take your money no problem but refuse to let you withdraw unless you provide transactions to verify your bank account (including your banking password) and a ridiculous amount of documentation to show you are who you say you are. They even ask for utility bills but when you provide it, they deny your withdrawal and say that document is irrelevant. Very rude, very difficult customer service.
